My
question is can a women lead and run an islamic organization?(which is created
for womenfolk only), she set policies ,she is the head and final decision is
hers .In other words a total muslim women`s jamaat lead by a women!

Answer:
Woman leader ruler
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness
that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
The above quoted hadith is indeed considered authentic,
and the scholars and jurists in Islam are unanimous in their opinion that the
ruling applies only towards appointing or electing a woman as a ‘head of state’
like a President, or a Prime Minister, or a Ruler, or a Queen, etc.
Provided none of the tenets of Shariah are violated, if a
candidate is competent and appointed on merit to lead or head any organization,
or business, or team….and if this candidate happens to be a woman, there is
absolutely no harm.
The prohibition is only relevant when a woman is appointed
to be the ‘head of state’ of a nation.

Provided none of the tenets of Shariah are violated, there
is absolutely no harm in a woman being appointed or elected the leader of any
organization. She would be well within
her rights as the leader to set policies and procedures of the organization she
heads.
