My

clean. My habit is i want everything to be cleaned as we perform ablution and
salah. I was telling to my husband why mecca is not kept clean. In the haram i
didn’t found the toilets neat and i was complaining to my husband. Someone told
me its a sin to tell that the holy place is not clean and all. im very scared
and immediately i asked ALLAH(swt) for forgiveness. My question is it really a
sin to tell that masjid AL-haram toilets are not well maintained ?? is it a sin
to call the arabs of mecca bad? pls tell me ..im waiting for

Answer:
Complain and call
people bad
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your
Question: ….my ques is it really a sin to tell that masjid AL-haram toilets are
not well maintained ??
If one sincerely believes something is wrong or not right,
even if it happens to be in the Masjid-al-Haraam, the believers are well within
their rights to complain to the authorities who maintain the place so that the
situation can be put aright.
If indeed you did not find the public toilets near the
Haram up to your satisfaction, you were well within your rights to
complain….and rest assured there would be no sin upon you in the least.
Your
Question: ….is it a sin to call the arabs of mecca bad?
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 49 Surah
Hujuraat Verse 11:
11 O ye who believe! Let
not some men among you mock (or talk ill) about others: it may be that the
(latter) are better than the (former): Nor let some
women mock (or talk ill) about others: it may be that the (latter) are better
than the (former): nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other nor call each
other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness (to
be used of one) after he has believed: And those who do not desist are (indeed)
doing wrong.
The Guidance of Islam categorically prohibits that one
talk ill or evil about any people or race in general. For example it is prohibited in Islam to say
that all ‘black’ people are thieves, or all ‘western’ women are promiscuous, or
all Germans are arrogant, or all Arabs are evil, etc.
Good and evil people are found in all societies, colors,
races, nationalities and genders….and it is categorically forbidden in Islam
that one declare a whole race, or a people, or a color, or a tribe, or the
citizens or any nation or city as all evil.
Thus your ‘declaration’ that all Arabs of Makkah are bad
would be absolutely incorrect and a statement which is displeasing and
unacceptable to Allah Subhanah. It may
be sister, that some amongst the Arabs of Makkah may be sincerely pious and
God-fearing, and your general statement would include even these pious slaves
of Allah Subhanah as bad or evil. Not
only would your declaration be prejudiced, wrong and incorrect, it would
constitute a sin in the Sight of Allah Subhanah.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
