How prophet (saws) met musa in mairaaj.

this question:
As`salamu A`laikum
If the place for soul is the womb of mother then Grave
and the last is barzakh.
When Muhammad S.A.W. went for miráz he met so many
prophets including musa A.S. in different levels of jannah .
If the prophets are dead and how come they are there in
jannah before the day of resurrection. Please please explain in detail, because
different references give different opinion.

In the name of Allah,
We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah
guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide
them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah
Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the
seal of His Messengers.
The ‘night-journey’ from Makkah
to Jeruslam of the Messenger of Allah (saws), and then the ‘mairaaj’ or
ascension to the heavens are amongst the miracles of Allah Subhanah whereby the
Lord Most High Chose to show the Prophet (saws) some of His Manifest Signs.
Allah Says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 17 Surah Israa verse 1:
1 Glory to (Allah) Who did take His Servant (Prophet Mohamed (saws))
for Journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque whose
precincts We did Bless in order that We might show him (saws) some of Our
Signs: for He is the one Who Hears and Sees (all things).
Allah Subhanah, the Supreme Lord
of the Worlds, is not bound or restricted by the dimensions of space or time,
or the elements of the past, present or the future! Based on His Perfect and Absolute Wisdom,
Knowledge and Power, He does whatever He Wills and Pleases according to His
Plan and Design.
For the Lord Most Majestic Most
Supreme to make two (or all) of His Prophets from two (or all) different eras
meet, or create events which will transpire in the future (like Heaven and
Hell), etc. is as easy for Him as to simply Declare ‘BE’ and it would come into
existence!
Allah Says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 36 Surah Yaa Seen Verse 82:
`Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing,
is only that He Says to it, "Be!" — and it is!'
Because the event of the ‘Isra’
(night-journey) and subsequently the ‘Mairaaj’ (ascension to the Heavens)
itself, and all its corresponding events of the night were ‘miracles’ of Allah
Subhanah, they are all elements of things ‘out-of-nature’ and as such the
limitations of space or time or the past or the future do not apply. Because the incidents and the occurrences
which happened that night are related by none other than the Lord Himself and
His appointed Messenger (saws), we as believers are duty bound to believe and accept
it as it is related without any ifs or buts or doubts or reservations.

Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever
of error is of me alone. Allah Alone
Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
