Could you please tell the arabic/ Islam meaning of the word Jaheem?

Meaning term jaheem

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 44 Surah Dukhaan verse 47:

(A voice will cry:) "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the ‘Jaheem’.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 119:

Verily We have sent thee (O Mohamed (saws)) in Truth as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner. But of thee (O Prophet (saws)), no question shall be asked of companions of the ‘Jaheem’!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah Maidah verse 10:

Those who reject faith and deny Our Signs will be companions of the ‘Jaheem’.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah Maidah verse 86:

But those who reject faith and belie Our Signs they shall be companions of the ‘Jaheem’.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 22 Surah Hajj verse 51:

But those who strive against Our Signs to frustrate them they will be companions of the ‘Jaheem’.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 82 Surah Infitaar verse 14:

And the wicked, they will be in the ‘Jaheem’.

Your Question: Could you please tell the arabic/ Islam meaning of the word Jaheem?

The Arabic and Quranic term ‘Jaheem’ is synonymous and interchangeably used with the term ‘Jahannam’ or Hell Fire.
