One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

I have dranked my aunt`s milk (KHALA). I am 20 yrs old. She was unaware when i drank cause her son (2 yr) was sleeping on one side and I on another side. Have I did sin?

Answer:

Suckle aunt foster

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.39 Narrated by Aisha

That the Prophet entered upon her while a man was sitting with her. Signs of answer seemed to appear on the Prophet’s (saws) face as if he disliked that. Aisha said, "Here is my (foster) brother." He (saws) said, "Be sure as to who is your foster brother, for foster suckling relationship is established only when milk is the only food of the child."

Al-Muwatta Hadith 30.4

Yahya related from Malik from Thawr ibn Zayd ad-Dili that Abdullah ibn Abbas said, "The milk which a child under two years old sucks, even if it is only one suck, makes the foster relatives haram."

Dear and beloved brother in Islam, if you suckled your aunt’s breast milk in your infancy, it would indeed form a foster-relationship between you and your aunt and her daughters, who because of your suckling their mother would become your mehram relatives.

If you suckled your aunt before the age of puberty when you were not fully aware of shame of sex, there is no sin upon you. But if one were to suckle any woman (except one’s legally wedded wife) after one has passed the age of puberty, when one is fully aware of the sense of shame and sex, and one suckles the woman with the intention of practicing ‘fahisha’ or indecency, then indeed such an act would constitute a grave sin in the Sight of Allah Subhanah.
