I am
working in KSA. As u know that Hajj is being held in next month. Requirement to
perform Hajj for working persons is to register with some government authorized
persons. They will charge fee of registration which is 2000SR/Person. It is
difficult for working persons to bear these charges. Because the have to send
money to their families in their home countries. Is it possible for us to
perform Hajj without registration? We cannot enter in

Answer:
Hajj without paying tax
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Dear and beloved brother in Islam, first and foremost, the
pilgrimage of Hajj is only obligatory on a believer who can afford the expenses
of the pilgrimage; thus if one is unable to afford the expenses associated with
the Hajj pilgrimage, the Lord Most Merciful will excuse them and not hold them
accountable for not performing the pilgrimage.
Secondly brother, one should assume in good faith that the
registration fees or other charges levied by the government of
If the charges levied by the rulers who have been given
the authority in the land is indeed unjust and unfair, it is they who shall be
accountable for their injustice in the Court of Allah Subhanah. But to intentionally violate the law of a
muslim nation with deceit and dishonesty would simply not behove and befit the
character of a believer who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day.
If one indulges in the illegal and in deceit avoids paying
the government charges for the pilgrimage, another might argue that the flights
or travel expenses are unjustly high and they be allowed deceit to cheat the
airlines; yet another may argue that accommodation and food during pilgrimage
is unjustly high and they be allowed to steal and cheat, etc! Whatever their argument may be or however
much their case may hold weight, the truth remains that cheating, deceit,
dishonesty, corruption, etc. is just not consonant with the character expected
of one who believes in Allah and the Last Day.
Your Question: Our
Hajj will be accepted or not.
Sahih Muslim Hadith 2214 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah
Allah's Messenger (saws) said: ‘O people,
Allah is Good and He, therefore, accepts only that which is good!’
The acceptance or rejection of one’s worship will only be
disclosed by The All-Knowing, All-Wise Lord on the Day of Judgment.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
