Answer:

Break fast early

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 187:

187 Permitted to you on the night of the fasts is the approach to your wives. They are your garments. And ye are their garments. Allah knoweth what ye used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them and seek what Allah hath ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are limits (set by) Allah; approach not nigh thereto. Thus doth Allah make clear His signs to men that they may learn self-restraint.

No human being who ever walked on this planet earth feared Allah Subhanah more, loved Allah Subhanah more, worshipped Allah Subhanah more, or understood the Commands of the Lord better than the noble self of the Last and Final Messenger of Allah, Mohamed ar-Rasool Allah (saws)…..and the Messenger of Allah (saws) understood and implemented the above quoted Command of the Lord ‘….then complete your fast till the night appears’ to mean as soon as the sun had completely set.

Sahl ibn Sad reported that the Prophet (saws) said: "The people will always be with the good as long as they hasten in breaking the fast."

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2346 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘Religion will continue to prevail as long as people hasten to break the fast, because the Jews and the Christians delay doing so.’

Said Sahl ibn Sa'd narrated that the Prophet (saws) said: "All the Prophets of Allah have been ordered to hasten the breaking of the fast and to delay the ‘suhoor’ (pre-fast dawn) meal.’

Anas reported: "The Messenger of Allah (saws) would break his fast with ripe dates before he would pray (Magrib prayers). If those were not available, he would eat dried dates. If those were not available, he would drink some water."

Your Question: My question is why shiya pray or leave there fast after 10 min of sunni azan.

Dear and beloved brother in Islam, the Noble Messenger of Allah (saws) himself hastened to break his fast, and guided the believers who sincerely wish to follow him to do the same.

If some people or some sects advocate or propagate delay in the breaking of the fasts, then it is they who should be asked to provide the evidence for their delay from the Quran and the Sunnah.

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
