Answer:
Tv audio business lawful
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
As long as one does not deal or transact business in a
product or a field which has been specifically declared as haram in Shariah
(swine, alcohol, prostitution, gambling, etc.), their business or transactions
would be deemed absolutely lawful in the Sight of Shariah.
There is absolutely nothing in the Shariah which declares
or implies that electronic products are unlawful for the believers to use or
trade….thus there is absolutely no harm if a believer wishes to transact
business in the field of electronics like televisions, VCRs, audio, etc.;.
If one misuses a lawful product like a knife to murder or
injure someone without right, the responsibility and blame of the misuse will
be upon the person who abuses the use of the lawful product, not upon the one
who sold him that lawful product.
Similarly if one misuses the advent of modern technology like the internet,
or the television, or the phone, or the VCR, etc. and transgresses the
boundaries of their Lord through its use, the responsibility of their action
lies upon the one who abuses the utility of that lawful product, not the people
who invented or sold it.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
