Dear Burhan Bhai ,

Assalama Alaikum.

I wanted to ask that i have heard from lot of peoples that if you have sex with your wife from her anus regularly or during her menstruation time the nikkah brokes.Is it truth does shariah says accordingly that nikkah breakes of one who intercourse with his wife from anus.Pls Reply

Answer:

Anal sex nikaah invalid

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3192 Narrated by Khuzaymah ibn Thabit

The Prophet (saws) said, "Allah is not ashamed of the Truth! Do not have intercourse with women through the anus."

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3195 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with a man or a woman through the anus."

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2157 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘He who has intercourse with his wife through her anus is accursed.’

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3895 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘If anyone resorts to a diviner and believes in what he says or has intercourse with his wife when she is menstruating, or has intercourse with his wife through her anus: he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws)!’

Your Question: Is it truth does shariah says accordingly that nikkah breakes of one who intercourse with his wife from anus

The act of anal sex, as big a sin, an abomination, and a crime it is in the Sight of Allah Subhanah…. the act by itself does not negate or invalidate or have any relevance to the validity of one’s nikaah with one’s spouse in Islam.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
