Assalam-o-Alaikum,

Dear Brother,

I want to ask a question. One of my friends is running a NGO with the name of SUNDAS FOUNDATION. This NGO helps to treat the patients of Haemophilia, Thallasaemia and Blood cancer along with a Blood Bank. They treat free of cost. He asked me that a person came to him and asked for the job of his wife. she is well educated and suitable for this field. But the problem is this she is AHMADI (QADIANI). You please tell me is it ok to have an employee who is Qadiani or AHMADI. Please clarify this according to Islam's perspective.

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: You please tell me is it ok to have an employee who is Qadiani or AHMADI.

Although the Muslim Ummah is unanimous that the blasphemous beliefs of the Qadianis take them out of the fold of Islam; there is absolutely no restriction in Shariah in employing or working for a disbeliever.

Islam does not at all prohibit or restrict its followers from hiring a disbeliever or being employed by a disbeliever.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
