Answer:
Married hindu girl
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your Question: What
is the ruling of islam in this case.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 221:
221 Do not marry idolatrous women until they
believe.
Islam has absolutely forbidden and prohibited the
believers who sincerely believe in Allah and the Last Day to marry an
idolatrous woman, unless she reverts to Islam first. Regardless of who attended the wedding, or where the wedding took
place, or which law of which land registered the wedding, etc.; a wedding
between a believing man and an idolatrous woman is absolutely and totally
prohibited, unacceptable, illegal, unlawful, null and void in the Sight of
Shariah Law, in the sight of the believers, and in the Sight of Allah Subhanah!
The union of the couple resulting from the unlawful
marriage will be one of ‘zina’ and the children resulting from such an unlawful
union will be deemed unlawful. And
above all, if the one who dared to transgress such a clear boundary of Islam and
openly disobey a clear Command of Allah Subhanah does not turn back to his Lord
in sincere repentance, he would have an extremely severe accounting in the
Presence of The Lord Most Majestic on an Inevitable and Tumultuous Day of
Judgment!
Your Question: Can
he continue his life as muslim or he will be out from islam as per quran?
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2526 Narrated by Anas ibn Malik
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘Three things are
the roots of faith:
- to
refrain from (killing) a person who utters, "There is no god but
Allah" (except for just cause like retaliation for murder, or ‘zina’,
etc.),
- not
to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and
- not
to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action.
Dear and beloved brother in Islam, as evil and as heinous
a crime and sin one may have done, as long as the person himself does not
declare his intention to leave the fold of Islam….no one has a right to
ex-communicate or declare a believer a disbeliever, regardless of the enormity
of the sin he commits.
The brother who openly transgressed a clear boundary and
Command of Allah Subhanah by unlawfully marrying a hindu sister, indeed
committed a heinous sin in the Sight of Allah Subhanah. But as long as the brother himself does not
verbally declare his intention to leave the fold of Islam and become a
disbeliever, he will be considered a muslim, and all the rights that are due to
a muslim will be accorded to him in full.
If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and
commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws),
one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other
than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led
astray.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
