Answer:

Who is a kaafir

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: who are the KOUFAR ?

The Arabic and Quranic term ‘Kufr’ means to deny or disbelieve, thus a ‘Kaafir’ is one who denies or disbelieves.

According to the guidance of the Glorious Quran, there are many types of ‘kaafirs’ or disbelievers:

  1. One who does not believe in Allah is a ‘Kaafir’.
  2. One who associates other gods or beings with Allah Subhanah is a ‘Kaafir’.
  3. One who disbelieves in even one of the Divine Books of the Lord is a ‘Kaafir’.
  4. One who disbelieves in even one of the appointed Prophets of Allah is a ‘Kaafir’.
  5. One who disbelieves in even one of the Angels of the Lord is a ‘Kaafir’.
  6. One who disbelieves in the concept of the Hereafter, Paradise or Hell is a ‘Kaafir’.
  7. One who disbelieves in the ‘Qadr’ or Divine Decrees of Allah is a ‘Kaafir’.
  8. One who openly denies or disobeys any clear Command of Allah Subhanah is a ‘Kaafir’.

Your Question: she belive that there is only 1 god and belive in christ

If any person professes belief in the One Supreme Lord God Who Created and believes in all the Messengers and Books, but denies belief in the Last and Final Messenger Mohamed (saws) or in the Last and Final Revelation of the Lord, the Al-Quran…then indeed they would be included amongst the ‘kaafirs’ or disbelievers in the Sight of the Lord.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisa verse 79-80:

We have sent you (O Mohamed) as a Messenger to mankind, and Allah’s witness suffices for this. Whoever obeys the Messenger, in fact obeys Allah, and whoever turns away from him, he will be accountable for his deeds. Anyhow, we have not sent you (O Mohamed) to be a guardian over them.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale Imran verse 31-32:

O Prophet (Mohamed (saws)), tell the people, “If you sincerely love Allah, follow me. Then Allah will love you and forgive you your sins, for He is All Forgiving, All Merciful.” Also say to them, “Obey Allah and His Messenger.” And if, in spite of this, they do not accept your invitation, warn them that Allah does not love those, who refuse to obey Him and His Messenger.

Your Question: my second question while I`m living i Rurope with no muslim people can i give me Sadakat ( money or Help ) to people in the street who ask for help or no ?

There is absolutely no harm in helping non-muslims who are in need of help with one’s supererogatory ‘sadaqaat’ or alms, for indeed all mankind regardless of their belief are indeed our brothers and sisters in humanity.

But the obligatory zakat dues must be paid to a muslim. If there are no needy muslims in your vicinity to whom your annual obligatory zakah dues may be paid to, you can spend of the zakah dues on your needy and poor relatives or loved ones, or send the zakah dues to your home nation or any muslim country to be spent on the poor and needy muslims.

Thus in conclusion, supererogatory sadaqaat may be paid to any poor or needy person regardless of their belief; but the obligatory annual sadaqaat or ‘zakat’ must be paid to help the poor and needy only amongst the muslims.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
