What happens if innocent people get killed in these so called "suicide bombings"? What if they get caught in the crossfire? Are their deaths justified? Will the "suicide bomber have to accounnt for that

Answer:

What happens to innocent people in suicide

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His  forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Islam absolutely prohibits and condemns the killing of any innocent person. Even when in a state of war, Islam has permitted the believers to fight only against those people who fight against them. No woman, no child, no elderly, no holy man, no innocent person who does not actually fight the believers in the battle field will be killed.

But if your question is pertaining to the recent conflict between the Palestinians and the Jews in the land of Palestine, the conditions are different. We have written an article on the issue of ‘suicide-bombing’ and are attaching the article for your review from the archive.

The Jewish settlers have come from overseas and occupied the land of Palestine by force, and forced its original and rightful inhabitants of the land to vacate their houses and their properties. The situation in Palestine may be compared and understood by a simile: If some armed bandits were to come to a house, and through force and oppression, kill and terrorize the original inhabitants of the house, and thereafter occupy the house and the property! The rightful owners of the house and property have a legal and moral right to protect their life, their property, and their honor with whatever means at their disposal.

Same is the situation in the current conflict between the Palestinians and the Jews in the Sacred Land of Palestine!

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
