Can one say salaams to Ahmadis and eat their food
Mu` meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa
Barakatuh. (May Allah`s Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our
brothers/sisters has asked this question:
is it allowed in
Islam to say asslamo alikum to "Qaduanies " does we eat anything that
is Hallal in Islam with them.
What about those
people who already done these things with them.
(There may be some
grammatical and spelling errors in the above statement. The forum does not
change anything from questions, comments and statements received from our

Answer:
Can one say salaams to Ahmadis and eat their
food
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help
and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and
whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness
that there is no one (no idol, no
person, no grave, no prophet, no imam,
no dai, nobody!) worthy of
worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His
slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
If
a people believe in the advent of another prophet after the death of the Last
Messenger of Allah, Mohamed ar-Rasool
Allah (saws), and believe that this
person received revelations from Allah Subhanah; then these people cannot be considered muslims!
During the life of the Messenger
of Allah (saws), two people (Musailama
ibn Kaddab and Aswad Anfi) falsely
claimed Prophethood for themselves, and
the Prophet (saws) declared them asa liars and apostates from the deen of
Islam. The believers subsequently
declared war against these liars and their believers and killed some, some ran away, and some of them returned back to the fold of Islam.
Thus, if today,
one believes that there is a prophet after Mohamed ar-Rasool Allah
(saws) and he received revelations, he
would leave the fold of Islam and will be considered an apostate. And such people should be treated by the
believers as unbelievers! No salaams
will be done to them, their ‘zabihaa’
will not be considered halaal for the believers, they will not inherit the believers, nor will the believers inherit them, they cannot marry among the believers and they will not be given
a muslim burial! They will be treated
exactly like the unbelievers.
Whatever written of
Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever
of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows
Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
Your Brother in Islam,
Burhan
