Name Sohail and Abdu -Subhan

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

In our humble opinion, the closest pronunciation of the Arabic name would be derived from the spelling ‘Suhail’ or ‘Suhayl’.

Q-2: and whether the name abdussubhan is write to keep, bcause it is the name of my son.

Although the term ‘Subhan’ is not a specific Attribute of Allah, the term ‘Subhan’ or ‘Glory be to ….’ is generally always associated only with the Blessed Name of Allah Subhanah. Thus, there is no harm in keeping one’s name ‘Abdus-Subhan’, if one wishes to do so.
