My Son`s name is Mohammed Arbaaz Ziauddin.I want to ask you,what is the meaning of Arbaaz,we just kept this name because we liked this name,but we didn`t know what does this mean,My son is 7 years old.He was born in the month of February 19,1967 at 5.45pm.Will you please reply for this question,I will be very thankful to you.

Meaning of name Arbaaz

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Arbaaz means ‘a big lion’ or ‘a heavy personality’ and is considered a perfectly acceptable and good name in Islam.
