Answer:

Can one offer qada prayer?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: i would like to know that if our morning pray we r not able to prau on time then can we pray it after it has been kaza.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verse 103: Indeed the Salaat is a prescribed duty that should be performed by the believers at their appointed times.

It has been reported in an authentic narration that: a man came to the Prophet (saws) and said “ O Prophet of Allah (saws), what is the act or deed most loved by Allah?”

The Prophet (saws) replied: “To pray ones prayers on time.”

The man asked further: “What (deed or act is most loved by Allah) next?”

The Prophet (saws) replied: “Obedience to ones parents.”

The man asked further: “What (deed or act is most loved by Allah) next?”

The Prophet (saws) replied: “Jihaad in the Way of Allah.”

It is not lawful for a believer to intentionally miss his obligatory prayers on the times appointed by Allah and His Messenger (saws). If for any reason, one has overslept or missed his obligatory prayer at the appointed time, one must seek the forgiveness of Allah Subhanah and must offer the prayers ‘qada’ or after its due time.

Anas reported that the Prophet (saws) said, "Whoever forgets a prayer should pray it when he remembers it, and there is no expiation for it save that."

Sahih Muslim Hadith 1448 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

When the Messenger of Allah (saws) returned from the expedition to Khaybar, he travelled one night, and stopped for rest when he became sleepy. He told Bilal to remain on guard during the night while the Messenger of Allah (saws) and his companions slept. When the time for dawn approached Bilal leaned against his camel facing the direction from which the dawn would appear. However he was overcome by sleep while he was leaning against his camel, and neither the Messenger of Allah (saws) nor Bilal, nor anyone else among his Companions, rose until the sun shone on them. Allah's Messenger (saws) was the first of them to awake and, being startled, he called to Bilal who said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, the same thing (sleep) overpowered me which overpowered you.’ He (the Holy Prophet (saws), then) said: ‘Lead the beasts on.’ So they led their camels to some distance. The Messenger of Allah (saws) then performed ablution and gave orders to Bilal who pronounced the Iqamah and then led them in the morning prayer. When he finished the prayer he (saws) said: ‘When anyone forgets the prayer, he should observe it when he remembers it.’

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Burhan
