Various questions

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: Can you tell me in which month Qur-an was revealed and what are the first and last verses(Ayat)?

Allah Subhanah Declares in the Quran that He Revealed the Quran on the Night of Power (Layl atul Qadr) in the month of Ramdan.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 185: Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance, and judgment (between right and wrong). So everyone of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if anyone is ill or on a journey, the prescribed period (should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you He does not want to put you to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 97 Surah Qadr verse 1: We have indeed revealed this (Quran) in the Night of Power:

The scholars in Islam are unanimous in their opinion that the first five verses of Surah 96 Al-Alaq were the first verses to be revealed to the Prophet Mohamed (saws).

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 96 Surah Alaq verses 1-5:

1 Proclaim! (or Read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher Who created.

2 Created man out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood:

3 Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful

4 He, Who taught (the use of) the Pen

5 Taught man that which he knew not.

There are two opinions amongst the scholars regarding the last Aayah to be revealed.

Some scholars are of the opinion that the Aayah 281 of Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah was the last Aayah to be revealed:

281 And fear the day when ye shall be brought back to Allah. Then shall every soul be paid what it earned and none shall be dealt with unjustly.

The majority of the scholars in Islam are of the opinion that the last Aayah of the Holy Quran was this verse in Chapter 5 Surah Maidah Aayah 3:

This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed my favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion.

Q-2: Mention two verses that command the hijab for a muslim women is a must.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah Ahzaab verse 59: O prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters and the believing women that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient that they should be known (as such) and not molested: and Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 24 Surah Noor verse 31: And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! Turn ye all together towards Allah that ye may attain Bliss.

Q-3: Mention one verse order to fight the people who attack muslim

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 190: Fight in the Cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; for Allah loveth not transgressors.

Q-4: Mention one verse, which makes the sign of the oxygen and difference in the pressure in the high altitudes of sky.

There are several Aayahs in the Glorious Quran where Allah Subhanah reveals how He created the seven heavens above, in how many days, and how he adorned and protected and held these heavens in place without pillars. But we could not find any Aayah which specifically implies oxygen or the difference in the pressures in the high altitudes of the skies.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 41 Surah Haa-Meem verse 12: So He completed them as seven firmaments in two Days and He assigned to each heaven its duty and command. And We adorned the lower heaven with lights and (provided it) with guard. Such is the Decree of (Him) the Exalted in Might Full of knowledge.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 51 Surah Dhariyaat verses 1-4:

1 By the (Winds) that scatter broadcast;

2 And those that lift and bear away heavy weights;

3 And those that flow with ease and gentleness;

4 And those that distribute and apportion by command

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 25 Surah Furqan verses 48-49:

48 And He it is Who sends the Winds as heralds of glad tidings going before His Mercy (rain), and We send down purifying water from the sky

49 That with it We may give life to a dead land and slake the thirst of things We have created cattle and men in great numbers.

Q-5: Mention one verse which makes the sign that the sky is protected roof/ canopy (ozone, Atmosphere......Etc)

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 21 Surah Anbiyaa verse 32: And We have made the heavens as a canopy well-guarded: Yet do they turn away from the Signs which these things (point to)!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 79 Surah Naziaat verses 27-28:

27 What? Are ye the more difficult to create than the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it!

28 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection.

Q-6: What is the name of the man who was promised by Prophet (pbuh) that he would get two gold wristlet of king Khaiser(kisra)?

His name was Suraqah ibn Malik ibn Jushum from the clan of Mudlij.

Q-7: What is the name of the leader of the munafiqs(Kabeer al munafiq)

His name was Abdullah ibn Ubayy ibn Salool.

Q-8: What is the judgement related to the person who during fasting fail to remember and eat or drink?

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.662 Narrated by Abu Huraira

The Prophet (saws) said, "If somebody eats (or drinks) something forgetfully while he is fasting, then he should complete his fast, for Allah has made him eat or drink."

If a person accidentally and in a state of forgetfulness eats or drinks while he is fasting, the Messenger of Allah (saws) guided the person to complete his fast and there would be no sin upon him, nor atonement.

Q-9: what is the judgement related to the person who is not attending prayer Taraweeh( Salat Al Qiyam)?

Tarawih or Qiyam al-Layl are considered Sunnah or voluntary prayers, and thus there is absolutely no sin upon the person who does not wish to perform them, either in congregation or individually.

The most that can be said of a person who does not perform Tarawih or Qiyam al-Layl prayers in Ramadan, is that the person missed a great opportunity to earn huge rewards from Allah Subhanah.

Q-10: what is the age of wearing Islamic dress for muslim women and in which age they woman / man considered as adult?

The age when it would become obligatory upon the believing woman to wear the ‘hijaab’ would be when she approaches the age of puberty.

A man or a woman would be considered an adult when they attain the age of puberty.

Q-11: Mention a hadees state that muslim cannot be a liar and a hadees state about punishment for liars abd rewards for truthful person.

There are several Aayahs in the Quran and several hadiths of the Messenger of Allah (saws) regarding the person who lies, his punishment, and the rewards of the truthful person. Because you have specifically asked for a hadith, we shall relate only a couple.

Ref: Hadith stating a believer should not lie.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.117 Narrated by Abu Huraira

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "The signs of a hypocrite are three: Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; and whenever he promises, he breaks his promise; and whenever he is entrusted, he betrays (proves to be dishonest)."

Ref: Hadith stating the punishment of a liar and reward of the truthful:

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.116 Narrated by Abdullah

The Prophet (saws) said, "Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person. Falsehood leads to Al-Fajur (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fajur (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) Fire, and a man may keep on telling lies till he is written before Allah, as a liar."

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
