Answer:
Husband not fasting in ramadhan
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person, no
grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
The fasting in Ramadan is one of the pillars of Islam, and
someone who claims to be a believer in Allah and the Last Day, and without a
valid reason refuses to abide and obey by the commands of his All-Mighty Lord
and Creator; is indeed guilty of
committing a heinous sin in the sight of Allah Subhanah.
If you have already tried to talk to him politely and
invited him to fear the Accounting of Allah Subhanah, and he is still adamant
on his actions; the guilt of the sin is on the person doing the sin; and you
will be held completely innocent of the sin he commits, in the Just Court of Allah Subhanah on the
Day of Judgment.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your Brother in Islam,
Burhan
