Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your Question: i would like to ask ,that the matam which shiya does in moharam is accepted according to islam ....
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 2.391 Narrated by Abdullah bin Umar
Sad bin 'Ubada became sick and the Prophet along with 'Abdur Rahman bin 'Auf, Sad bin Abi Waqqas and 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud visited him to inquire about his health. When he came to him, he found him surrounded by his household and he asked, "Has he died?" They said, "No, O Allah's Apostle." The Prophet wept and when the people saw the weeping of Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) they all wept. He (saws) said, "Will you listen? Allah does not punish for shedding tears, nor for the grief of the heart but he punishes or bestows His Mercy because of this." He pointed to his tongue and added, "The deceased is punished for the wailing of his relatives over him."
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2829 Narrated by Ali ibn AbuTalib (r.a.)
Hadrat Ali (r.a.) heard Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) curse those who took usury, those who paid it, those who recorded it, and those who refused to give sadaqah. And he used to prohibit wailing.
Sahih Muslim Hadith 2033 Narrated by AbuMalik al-Ash'ari
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: Among my people there are four characteristics belonging to pre-Islamic period which they do not abandon: 1. boasting of high rank, 2. reviling other peoples' genealogies, 3. seeking rain by stars, and 4. wailing. And he (further) said: If the wailing woman does not repent before she dies, she will be made to stand on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment of pitch and a chemise of mange.
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3122 Narrated by AbuSa'id al-Khudri
The Messenger of Allah (saws) cursed the wailing woman and the woman who listens to her.
Umm 'Atiyyah reports: "The Messenger of Allah (saws) made us pledge that we will not wail over (the dead)"
Related by Bukhari and Muslim.
Al-Bazzar has transmitted that the Prophet (saws) said: "Two sounds are accursed in this world and in the hereafter: the sound of wind instruments (to celebrate) good fortune, and of moaning aloud when afflicted with a misfortune."
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said in an authentic narration “He is not a believer, who beats his face, or tears his clothes, or wails, when afflicted by a misfortune.”
In light of the above clear guidance of the Messenger of Allah (saws) wailing and beating oneself when afflicted by any misfortune is absolutely prohibited in Islam.
Your Question: and what they add befor QALMA... which is first code of islam.... is right....
The ‘shahaadah’ or testification of faith as taught by the Messenger of Allah (saws) to the believers is: I bear witness that there is no god except Allah, and I bear witness that Mohammed (saws) is the Messenger of Allah.
If anyone adds or subtracts anything from the Qalama, or from anything which has been endorsed and prescribed by Allah and His Messenger (saws), it would constitute an innovation; and every innovation in the deen of Islam is an error.
Sahih Muslim Hadith 1885 Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah
That the Prophet of Allah (saws) said in a sermon: “The best speech is that which is embodied in the Book of Allah, the Al Quran; and the best guidance is the guidance given by me, Mohamed (saws). The most evil affairs are the innovations, and every innovation is an error.”
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4515 Narrated by Ali ibn AbuTalib
That the Prophet of Allah (saws) said: “If anyone introduces an innovation (in religion), he will be responsible for it. If anyone introduces an innovation or gives shelter to a man who introduces an innovation (in religion), he is cursed by Allah, by His Angels, and by all the people.”
Your Question: third....shiya called SAHABA.... LIKE HAZERAT USMAN..HAZERT AMIR MAWIA...WITH BAD WORDS does it is right in islam.
Sahih Muslim Hadith 6167 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah
Allah's Messenger (saws) said: ‘Do not revile my Companions, do not revile my Companions. By Him in Whose Hand is my life, if one amongst you would have spent as much gold as Uhud it would not amount to as much as one mudd on behalf of one of them or half of it.’
It does not behove or befit one who sincerely believes in Allah and His Messenger (saws) and the advent of the Last Day to revile the noble companions of the Messenger of Allah (saws).
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verse 100:
100 The vanguard (of Islam) the first ‘Muhajirs’ (those who did migration with the Prophet (saws)), and the ‘Ansaars’ (those who gave them aid), and (also) those who follow them in (all) good deeds; well pleased is Allah with them as are they with him: for them hath He prepared Gardens under which rivers flow to dwell therein for ever: that is the Supreme Felicity.
Companions of the stature of Hadrat Abu Bakr (r.a.), Hadrat Umar (r.a.), Hadrat Uthman (r.a.), etc. are from amongst the earliest and vanguard reverts to Islam and amongst those who migrated with the Prophet (saws) from Makkah to Madinah. Allah Subhanah Himself Declares their status and honor in His Glorious Quran and proclaims that He has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow to dwell therein for ever! To revile or (Allah forbid) say ‘bad words’ to such noble souls would be against the spirit of Islam.
Your Question: and as shiya offer prayer and make some chengies like the pray two prayer togather it is true way to offer prayer does our islam permittion for this
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verse 103:
Indeed the Salaat is a prescribed duty that should be performed by the believers at appointed times.
This act of obligatory prayer was conducted by the Prophet (saws) in congregation five times a day, every day, in front of thousands of his companions. There is absolutely no difference of opinion amongst all the sects of Islam, that the Prophet (saws) and his companions prayed the five obligatory prayers in congregation at its five distinct appointed times. Many years after the death of the Prophet (saws), some people combined the Dhuhr/Asr and the Magrib/Isha prayers from themselves and without any authority or permission from Allah and His Messenger (saws) and started praying three times instead of five!
Whatever forms part of the deen of Islam has to be endorsed by Allah and His Messenger (saws); and whatever is not endorsed by Allah and His Messenger (saws) cannot be a part of Islam.
Your Statement: they can be consider muslim....
Dear and beloved brother in Islam, regardless of whatever sins one may commit, if one has declared belief in the Absolute Oneness of our Lord Allah Subhanah, and testified that Prophet Mohamed (saws) is the Last and Final Messenger of Allah (saws); he shall remain a ‘legal’ muslim in the Sight of Shariah and the believers and all the rights that are due to a ‘muslim’ shall be accorded to him in full. It is only on the Day of Judgment that Allah Subhanah will determine who indeed was a ‘true’ muslim and who was not.
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2526 Narrated by Anas ibn Malik
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘Three things are the roots of faith:
- to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, "There is no god but Allah",
- and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits,
- and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action.”
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
