Thinking about sex a lot leading to orgasms

im 18 and i constantly think about sex.i think about how me and my future husbad (i am not engaged or anything) is going to have sex and what its going to feel like i do this so much that i end up having an orgasm just by thinking about it in detail.i know its wrong but its always in my mind when i wake up and go to sleep especially nearer to my periods.when i think about this i dont have a specific picture of a man in my head.i have no intention of actually carrying any act out. please can you give me a dua that i can read to stop thinking abou sex.?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. Sister there is no duaa as such. This is part of your test in your youth. If you refrain from the fahisha (indecent) there is reward from your Lord creator. This usually happens when you see western movies or TV wherein there is a huge amount of fahisha activities shown. The sub-consious mind then transforms the evil desires in the heart and controls your emotions and the shaytan whispers you to forget your Rabb and indulge in haraam actions.
