i am impressed by your views and have one question to ask. Will this dictatorship by Syedna and his family ever end?? Will there be a revolution in our community?

Answer:

When will the Dictatorship of Syedna end?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Brother, what will happen in the future is known to no one except Allah Subhanah Alone, for He Alone has the knowledge of everything. In light of the Holy Quran, one thing is for sure: Everything on and in this Universe will end and perish, except the being of our Lord and Creator, Allah, The All Mighty, All Powerful.

Allah, in His Sublime Mercy, has revealed the Holy Quran for our guidance until the end of time. He has commanded us in the Quran to follow the example of the Last Messenger, Mohamed ar Rasool Allah (saws). Thus our duty is to follow Allah and His Messenger (saws), and do righteous good deeds until our appointed time of death. That is the way to the Mercy and Forgiveness of Allah.

If history is any example, then one should know that the tyrannous dictatorships of the Nimrods, and the Pharoahs, and the Abu Jahls, and the Hitlers did not last; thus this dictatorship will also not last forever! Allah, in His Master Plan and Design, has appointed a time for everything, and when that time comes to an end, no one, I repeat, absolutely no one, has the power to extend it by even one second! Even if these dictators today have created a kingdom for themselves and their families, and have collected all the wealth and power in the world, they have no power to defeat the plans of Allah Subhanah. Allah has allowed them long lives, and long reigns, and much wealth, and much power; only so that He may hold them severely accountable in the Court of Allah on the Day of Judgment!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verse 55:So let not their great wealth and the large number of their children dazzle you; for Allah only wills to chastise them by means of these very things in this worldly life, and that they would die in a state of unbelief!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verses 34-35:O you who believe! There are indeed many among the priests and the holy men who devour the wealth of others by evil means, and debar the people from the Way of Allah. Give them the good news of a painful torment, who hoard up gold and silver and do not expend these in the Way of Allah. The Day shall surely come when the same gold and silver shall be heated in the fire of Hell, and with it will be branded their foreheads, their bodies and their backs. (And it will be said): “Here is that treasure you had hoarded up for yourselves! Taste now the evil of your hoarded treasure!”

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verses 69:You are behaving just like those who went before you. They had more power than you, and possessed greater riches and had more children than you. They had enjoyed their portion of the good things of the worldly life, and you too, have enjoyed your portion of the good things like them. You are also engaged in idle discussions like the discussions they held. Consequently, in the end everything they did, proved vain in this world, and shall be vain in the Next World. Surely they are the losers!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 8 Surah Anfaal verses 36-37:Those who have denied, spend their wealth to hinder (men) from the Way of Allah, and will go on spending still more of it. But in the end, these very efforts of theirs will become a cause of their regret; then they will be overcome, and the disbelievers shall be gathered and driven towards Hell; so that Allah may separate the filthy from the pure, and gather together every sort of filth, and then throw the whole heap into Hell. These are indeed the real losers!

Your Question: Will there be a revolution in our community??

Allah Alone knows what exactly will happen. But I hope and pray that there be an ‘intellectual’ revolution, whereby the followers read and understand the Holy Quran and align themselves to the guidance of Allah and His Messenger (saws). If there is a revolution like the popular revolutions of this world, or the current leader dies, there will be no difference! Another leader will come with the same beliefs and lead them further into darkness. Guidance can only be from Allah, and unless and until the followers and/or the leaders do not implement the teachings and principles of the Holy Quran in their lives, there will be no change! Without the clear guidance of the Quran, they will roam from one era of darkness into another era of darkness!

Allah will not question us about the deeds of another. We will be responsible for our deeds, and they will be responsible for their deeds. Thus, believe, obey and follow what is commanded by Allah and His Messenger (saws) and follow the Straight Path of Islam.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 10 Surah Yunus verses 40-44:Some of these people will believe in (The Quran), and others will not. Your Lord knows these mischief-makers very well indeed. If these people deny you, say to them: “I am responsible for my deeds and you are for yours. You are not accountable for what I do, nor am I for what you do.” There are many among them who hear what you say, but will you make the deaf to listen to you, even though they be incapable of understanding this? Then there are many others among them who see you. But will you show the way to the blind, even though they be bereft of sight? The fact is that Allah does not in any way wrong the people, but they wronged themselves!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 12 Surah Yusuf verse 108: (O Mohamed) tell them plainly, “This is my Way! I invite you to Allah. I myself see my Way in full light, and my followers see it too. And Allah is absolutely free from defect, and I have nothing to do with those who invoke others with Allah.”

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 58 Surah Mujadalah verse 22:They (the believers) are of the party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah which will achieve True Success.

Thus our concern should not be the dictatorships and tyranny of these powers, but rather if we are doing what Allah has commanded us to do in the Holy Quran. Our concerns should be to strive our utmost in the Cause of Allah, and constantly evaluate our deeds in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah, so that we may obtain the Mercy and Forgiveness of Our Merciful Lord on the Day of Qiyaamah.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 29 Surah Ankaboot verse 69:Those who will strive in Our Cause, We shall guide them to Our Paths. Surely, Allah is with the Righteous.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
