Problems of using morden days seating Toilet closet seats

Thanks for your service may Allah increase your knowledge and solve all your problems easily and increase people like you in this world to provide correct islamic knowledgeto everyone , Ameen. My question is regarding the use of western Type toilet closet , which are widely used now adays because of their comfort , I had always problem while using, usually the dirty water (inclduing urine) in the closet splash back on our body or private parts nearer to the closet , please advise if we have to take bath or just washing of the private parts is sufficient , I heard many people complaining of this problem in the Middle east, where this type of closet becoming common. Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
One has to be careful while using such toilets. If you feel that the splash has touched parts of your body then the same should be washed with clear water. There is no need to take full ghusl, only washing that part of the body will do.
