Dua while prostrating: Its forbidden to recite Qur'an while prostrating: ..

It’s forbidden to recite Qur'an while prostrating so i want to ask that while prostrating if i recite some verse from Qur'an that's duaa in itself, is it allowed?

Answer:

Dua while prostrating

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) forbade the believers from reciting the Glorious Quran in their 'sajdahs' or prostrations of prayer.....but if one were to recite some specific verses of the Glorious Quran which are supplications in itself, then they are considered supplications and not the recitation of the Surahs of the Glorious Quran. 

It is perfectly acceptable for the believers to make supplications in their sajdahs of prayer, and if that specific supplication happens to be an Aayah of the Glorious Quran, there is absolutely no harm in making such beautiful supplications.

What is specifically prohibited is that one recite Verses of the Glorious Quran as it was compiled, or Surahs in their sajdah of prayer.

Your Statement: if i recite some verse from Qur'an that's duaa in itself, is it allowed?

The Prophet (saws) said, 'The closest one of you comes to his Lord is while he is prostrating, (therefore) make many supplications therein.' And he (saws) also said, 'I have prohibited you from reciting (Quran) while bowing (ruku in prayer) or prostrating (sujood in prayer). During the bowing (ruku), Glorify the Lord. During the prostrations, strive your hardest in making supplications. Most likely, you will be listened to."

The Messenger of Allah (saws) strongly stressed and absolutely encouraged the believers to make as many supplications as they willed in the state of prostration, for the closest a slave of Allah comes to his Lord Most Majestic Most Supreme is while the slave is in the act of prostration.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is only ones. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
