Answer:

Ghusl and see oneself nude naked

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: i mean person while taking bath should cover his private part.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3115 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar

Allah's Messenger (saws) said: "Avoid being naked, for with you are those who never leave you (the Angels) except when you are in the privy (toilet, private bathroom, etc.) and when a man has intercourse with his wife; so observe modesty before them and honor them."

Islam absolutely discourages and prohibits nakedness, except in two circumstances:

  1. When one is in the privy, toilet, private bathroom, etc. relieving oneself, or taking a bath, or changing ones clothes, etc.
  2. When one is enjoying conjugal relations with ones wife.

Provided one is absolutely confident that one is absolutely alone and their satr will not be exposed to anyone (except their spouse in marriage), there is absolutely no harm and no restriction if one wishes to perform their ghusl or take their bath in a state of nudity in their private bathrooms. But if there is a fear or a probability that someone might be able to see or watch them, then it would be required to cover ones satr when taking a bath in public places or view.

Your Question: And one more thing removing pubic hairs is permissible,

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.779 Narrated by Abu Huraira

I heard the Prophet (saws) saying. "Five practices are characteristics of the Fitra (nature): removing the pubic hair, clipping the nails, depilating the hair of the armpits; and circumcision and cutting the moustaches short (for the males)

Both the believing men and the believing women are required to remove their unwanted hair from their pubic region and from under their armpits at least once in a period of forty days.

Your Question: .while removing the person see his private parts thus this caunt as zina of eyes.
It is only natural and expected that when one cleanses oneself after using the toilet, or when one takes a ghusl or full bath, or when one removes ones pubic hair, etc. that ones sight may fall on ones own private parts..and to the best of our knowledge there is absolutely nothing in the Shariah which declares that the seeing of ones own private organs constitutes zina of the eyes!

The zina of the eyes only comes into effect when one intentionally watches an element of fahisha (shameless or indecent things and acts like semi-clad non-mehram women, acts of sexuality in magazines, television, movies, etc.) The sight of ones own private organs due to necessity do not constitute an act of zina of the eyes in the least!

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allahs Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
