SYEDNA MOHAMMED BURHANUDDIN SAHEB (TUS) MAY ALLAH GRANT HIM UMRE TAWEEL TILL THE DAY OF QUYAMAT. AMIN LANAT LANAT AND LANAT ON THE PERSON WHO IS TRYING TO SNEAK INTO OTHERS LIFE AND POISON MUMINEENS BRAIN AND INTERPRETING QURAN WRONGLY. Answer:

Syedna is leading the Dawoodibohra community in the right direction

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah Ahzaab verse 40: Mohamed is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah, and the seal (or last) of the Prophets. And Allah has full knowledge of everything.

Allah declares that Mohamed ibn Abdulla (saws) is the seal and the last Messenger of Allah. If anyone claims that there is a Messenger of Allah after Mohamed (saws), he is an absolute liar! If anyone believes that there is a Messenger of Allah after Mohamed (saws), he leaves the fold of Islam, and is a disbeliever in the sight of Allah.

If you brothers who have written to us that the Syedna is the true messenger of Allah by mistake, you should immediately beg forgiveness from Allah, and seek to correct your ‘aqeedah’ and ‘imaan’. We pray that Allah guide you and give you the wisdom to understand the Holy Quran, and save you from the punishment and wrath of Allah, that is in store for the people who believe that there is a messenger after Mohamed ibn Abdulla(saws), the Last Prophet of Allah.

The Holy Quran and all the true muslims bear witness that there is no Messenger after the Last Messenger, Mohamed ar-Rasool Allah (saws), and anybody who claims that there is another ‘true’ messenger, is a confirmed liar. The Syedna is definitely not the messenger of Allah!

The Bohras indeed revere and give the same ‘maqaam’ or position to their syedna, which is due only to Allah’s Messenger. Allah states in the Holy Quran, that one cannot become a true believer until he loves the Messenger of Allah (saws) more than his own life, his family, and his wealth. Only the Messenger of Allah (saws) deserves this kind of reverence! But unfortunately, some people give their unconditional love to the syedna, and start believing that he is the messenger of Allah, although they never proclaim it in public.

Some Bohras, who have astrayed even further away from the truth, in their love and reverence, raise the ‘maqaam’ of the syedna to that of Allah, and most of them do not even realize it! They invoke the syedna for everything, whereas none should be invoked except Allah Alone. Whatever the syedna says haraam is haraam, and whatever the syedna says is halaal, is halaal for them. This right belongs to Allah and His Messenger (saws) and no one else. They perfom the rites of ‘tawaaf’ around the graves and shrines of some of the syedna’s ancestors, whereas this right belongs to Allah’s House in Makkah Alone. They even bow down to the syedna in ‘sajdah’ or prostration, and without a doubt, this right belongs to none but Our Lord and Creator, Allah Subhanah Alone! These people do not realize it, but they are guilty of the henious crime and sin of ‘shirk’, and they have gone far far astray in their deen. And the people do all these gross iniquities because they just do not understand the simple message, guidance and teachings of the Holy Quran. Only if they took the effort to read and understand the Holy Quran, they would never do these horrendous acts of ‘shirk’! But then the leadership have systematically taken out the clear guidance and noor of the Holy Quran from their lives, and have lead the poor souls to nothing but darkness and deviation! The leadership have been successful in subjugating and enslaving the Bohras, and made them Abde-Syedna (slaves of syedna), rather than guiding them towards becoming Abd-Allah (slaves of Allah)! They have indeed strayed far away from the Truth in their deviation!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisa verse 167: Those, who disbelieve in the Revelations of Allah, and hinder others from the Way of Allah, have strayed far away into deviation from the Truth.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 25 Surah Furqan verses 17-19: And on the Day, (Allah) will gather all these people together, as well as their (self-made) deities, whom they worship besides Allah. Then Allah will ask the (self-made) deities: “Did you mislead these servants of Mine, or did they themselves go astray?” The (self-made) deities will answer, “Glory be to Thee! We dared not take any ‘auliyaa’ besides Thee. Thou did give them and their forefathers all the good things of life till they forgot the Admonition, and incurred the punishment.” Thus will your (self-made) deities deny all that you are professing today. Then you shall neither be able to repel your punishment, nor shall you get any help from anywhere; and whoever is guilty of iniquity among you, We shall make him taste a severe torment.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 30 Surah Rum verse 29: But the wrongdoers are following their own desires, without any knowledge. Now, who can guide the one whom Allah has led astray? Such people can have no helper.

Brothers and sisters, we just want you to comtemplate on what have we done to deserve such bad words and curses from some of our brethren who write to us. Our only supposed crime has been that we are trying to invite our brothers and sisters to read the Holy Quran with understanding. Since when did understanding the Message of the Glorious Quran become a sin in Islam? We have time and again advised the readers on this forum to take what we write and double check with their aamils and their bhaisahebs, if anything that we write is against the guidance of the Holy Quran; and we have not received one letter to date stating that so and so aayah was misquoted or so and so aayah is not in the Quran! Allah is our witness, whatever we write is the Truth from the Holy Quran and from the authentic traditions of the Messenger of Allah (saws). If Allah forbid, we are misguiding you, then we are ready to bear the burden of our sin. But just imagine for one second, that if what the Holy Quran states will come to pass? What will be your state then? Who will be your helper and protector then?

Allah sent us this Book for our guidance, and what have we done with it. We recite it day and night, but refuse to understand one aayah! We leave the understanding of the Quran to our self-made leaders and self-proclaimed holy men, and just follow them blindly wherever they lead us. These people have absolutely no authority from Allah, and if we follow them blindly without referring to the Holy Quran, we will have no one to blame on the Day of Judgement, except ourselves!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah Anam verse 70: And leave alone those who have taken their ‘deen’ as a sport and past time, and have been deluded by the life of this world. Nevertheless, you go on admonishing them by reciting the Quran to them, lest any person should be seized because of his own deeds; and that too, at a time, when there would be no protector, no helper and no intercessor to rescue him from Allah; when no conceivable amount of ransom would be accepted from him. This is because such people shall be seized, in consequence of what they themselves had earned.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 99: We have sent down to you Revelations that clearly expound the Truth, and none but the disobedient reject them.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah Zumur verse 2-3: So worship Allah Alone, making your religion His exclusively. Beware! Religion is the exclusive Right of Allah. As for those who have taken other ‘auliyas’ (guardians) with Allah (and justify their this conduct by saying): “We serve them only that they may bring us closer to Allah.” Allah will surely judge between them concerning all that in which they differ. Allah does not show guidance to any liar and denier of the Truth.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 22 verses 71-72: They invoke besides Allah, those, for whom Allah has sent down no authority, nor do they themselves have any knowledge about them. Such transgressors have no helper. And when our clear Revelations are recited to them, you will perceive signs of disdain in the faces of the disbeliveers, as though they were going to assault those who recite our Revelations to them.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah Ahzab verse 66-68: On the Day their faces are rolled about on the Fire, they will say, “Would that we had obeyed Allah and His Messenger!” And they will say, “O our Lord, we obeyed our CHIEFS and our GREAT MEN, and they led us astray from the Right Path. O our Lord, give them a double chastisment and curse them severely”.

O Allah, guide us to read and understand the simple message of the Holy Quran. O Allah, help us and give us the courage and the wisdom to understand your Message, which You revealed for our guidance. O Allah, have mercy upon us, and forgive us our sins. O Allah, we beg You to guide us to the Siraat al Mustaqeem. You Alone, indeed are the Most Merciful, Most Forgiving.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

May Allah guide you and us all to the Siraat al-Mustaqeem
