If a man gives his zakaah to one who is entitled to it, then the one who took it gives it to him as a gift, should he accept it?.

Answer:
Praise be to Allaah.

If a man gives zakaah to one who is entitled to it, then (the latter) gives it to him as a gift, there is nothing wrong with that so long as there is no prior agreement between them, but to be on the safe side he should not accept it. End quote.
