Answer:
How to make up
missed fast
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Q-1: If
one is allowed to take bath after 12.00 noon while fasting.
There is absolutely no restriction in Shariah regarding
the believers who are fasting taking a bath at any time of the day or
night. One is at absolute liberty to
take a bath whenever one wills and pleases, at any time of the day or night,
regardless of whether one is observing a fast or not.
Q-2: If
one can sleep after asar namaz while fasting.
Abu Barza related that the Prophet (saws)
loved to delay the night (Isha) prayer, and he (saws) hated sleeping before it
and talking or discussions after it."
Related by Bukhari and Muslim.
The Messenger of Allah (saws) discouraged and forbade the
believers to choose to sleep between the ‘magrib’ and ‘isha’ prayers; but to
the best of our humble knowledge there is no restriction in Shariah if one
wishes to sleep between ‘asr’ and ‘magrib’ times (regardless of whether in
Ramadan or otherwise and regardless of whether one is observing fasts or not).
And Allah Alone Knows Best.
Q-3: How
can one compensate for kaza roza?
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 185:
185 Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an as a guide
to mankind also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (between right and wrong). So everyone of you who is present (or
witnesses) the month should spend it in fasting but if anyone is ill or
on a journey the prescribed period (should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you He does
not want to put you to difficulties. (He
wants you) to complete the prescribed period and to glorify Him in that He has
guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful.
If one has missed one of their obligatory fasts of
Ramadan, one should atone for it by making up the fast on any other day of the
year; that should suffice as an atonement and a ‘kaffarah’ for the missed or
broken fast of Ramadan.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
