Answer:
Are Shias Kafir?
In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none
can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright.
We bear witness that there is no one (no idol,
no person, no grave, no
prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Anyone who believes in Allah
Subhanah, believes in His Revealed
Books, believes in His appointed
Messengers, believes in the
Angels, believes in the Hereafter and
believes in the Divine Decrees of Allah Subhanah; and declares the testification of faith by saying that there is
no god except Allah Alone, and Mohamed
(saws) is His Messenger, is a
‘muslim’. And being a muslim, all
the rights that are due to muslim will be accorded to him. He can marry amongst the muslims, he will
inherit his muslim parents, and his children will inherit from him, he can visit the Sacred Mosque in Makkah, he
will be given a muslim funeral or ‘janaaza’,
etc. All the rights that are due
to a brother muslim will be accorded to him.
If a person who has declared
himself to be a ‘muslim’ has some weakness in his faith or practice, Allah has
not given the right to the other believers to ex-communicate him and declare
him a non-muslim! Allah Subhanah
Alone will decide on the Day of Judgement who lived his life as a True Muslim,
and who did not. It does not behove a
believer, who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day, to himself start choosing
who are the true muslims and who are not!
Sunan of Abu-Dawood
Hadith 2526 Narrated by Anas ibn Malik
The Prophet (saws)
said: “Three things are the roots of
faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, "There is no god but
Allah" and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from
Islam for his any action.”
Sunan of Abu-Dawood
Hadith 2527 Narrated byAbu Hurayrah
The Prophet (saws)
said: “Striving in the path of Allah
(jihad) is incumbent on you along with every ruler, whether he is pious or impious;
the prayer is obligatory on you behind every believer, pious or impious, even if he commits grave
sins; the (funeral) prayer is incumbent
upon every Muslim, pious and impious, even if he commits major sins.”
Allah Subhanah, on the Day of Judgment will decide who
amongst mankind truly followed His Guidance and obeyed His Messenger
(saws). He will Judge with Justice
and only on that Day one will find out who is a true muslim, and who is not. Allah Subhanah will not Judge man according to whether he
called himself a Shia, or a Sunni, or a Hanafi, or a Malaki, or a
Ismaili, or a Bohra, etc.
Anyone who declares the
testification of faith that there is no god except Allah, and Mohamed (saws) is His Messenger (saws)
will be deemed a believer in the sight of Shariah and Islamic Law; and all the rights that are due to a muslim
will be accorded to him.
Your Statement: my ustaad said there is a hadeeth about the
prophet (saw) when he said to aboo bakr that they will be 1 group of muslims
that loves u and they will be 1 group of muslims that say abd stuff about u.i
think thats it i cant remember it proparly.COULD U GIV ME UR VIEWS ON THIS.
The narration that you have
tried to quote is not directed to Hadrat Abu Bakr (r.a.), but rather these words were said by the
Messenger of Allah (saws) to Hadrat Ali (r.a.):
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith
6093 Narrated by Ali ibn AbuTalib
Allah's Messenger
(saws) said to him, "You have a resemblance to Jesus whom the Jews hated
so much that they slandered his mother,
and whom the Christians loved so much that they placed him in a position
not rightly his." Hadrat Ali (r.a.)
afterwards said, "Two people will perish on my account, one who loves me
so excessively that he praises me for what I do not possess, and one who hates me so much that he will be
impelled by his hatred to slander me."
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.

Islam,
Burhan
