Answer:

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Q-1: Can
I go ahead with the hajj with my father ,who is willing to accompany me ?
There is absolutely no obligation or compulsion in Islam
that a believing woman can perform her obligatory pilgrimage of Hajj only with
her husband. If for any reason
whatsoever one’s husband is unable to accompany her to perform her Hajj
pilgrimage, the sister is at liberty to perform her Hajj with any of her male
‘mehram’ relatives (her father, her brother, her son, her uncle, etc.)
Q-2: I

Respected sister in Islam, the obtaining of a visa or
permit to perform the Hajj is a directive or condition of the current Saudi
Arabian government and absolutely nothing to do with Shariah Law or the
guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah!
We obviously are not aware of the ‘visa’ laws of the
government of Saudi Arabia; the best people who could help you are the
appointed ‘agents’ of the Saudi Embassy in the country you reside in, who
arrange all the legal formalities for the pilgrims.
