Answer:
Work in films
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Respected sister in Islam, what determines whether one’s
livelihood is lawful or unlawful in Shariah is not dependant on whether or not
one is allowed to offer their prayers in their work premises….but rather
whether the industry they work in, and the nature of their work in its very
essence, is lawful or not!
It is not as if it would become legal and lawful in Islam
for a believer to (Allah forbid) work in a bar selling alcohol, or in a
prostitution den, or in a gambling casino, etc….just because the employers or
colleagues at work do not object to their offering of prayers in their
work-premises!
Narrated Abu Dharr al-Ghaffari (r.a.) that
the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Wherever you may be at the time of
salah, you may pray, for it [the whole earth] is all a masjid."

Respected sister in Islam, Allah Subhanah in His Mercy has
declared the whole earth as a ‘masjid’….thus a believer is at liberty to offer
their prayers wherever one may be at the time of prayer!
Your
Question: Pls give the answer what should i do . leave my job or continue.
Respected sister in Islam, if you are convinced that the
industry you are working in is unlawful in its essence in Shariah, regardless
of whether you are allowed to worship your Lord in prayer on their premises or
not…..it simply would not behove and befit a believer who sincerely believes in
Allah and the Last Day to earn their livelihood from unlawful means! It would be best and closest to piety that
you leave this unlawful employment and seek to employ your talents in an
industry which is not deemed as unlawful in Shariah.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
