Thanks.

Answer:
When legal to take
life
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness
that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 9.17 Narrated by
Abdullah
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "The
blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be
worshipped but Allah and that I am His
Messenger cannot be shed except in three cases:
1. In ‘Qisas’ (retribution) for murder,
2. a married person who is convicted of
illegal sexual intercourse, and
3. the one who reverts from Islam (declares
apostasy) and leaves the Muslims."
No individual has a right in Islam to kill another
person. In all of the above listed three
situations, the person must be convicted of his crime in a Shariah Court of
Law….and it is the Shariah Judge who alone has the right and the authority to
pass the sentence of capital punishment on the convict.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
