Answer:
The Quran says mushriks
impure najis
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah
Taubah verse 28:
28 O ye who believe! Truly the ‘mushriks’ (polytheists) are
‘Najas’ (impure, unclean, etc.); so let them not after this year of
theirs approach the Sacred Mosque. And
if ye fear poverty soon will Allah enrich you if He wills out of His bounty,
for Allah is All-Knowing All-Wise.
My dear and respected brother in Islam, there is no person
who was ever blessed to walk on this planet earth who feared Allah Subhanah
more, or loved Allah Subhanah more, or understood and implemented the Commands
and the Guidance of the Glorious Quran more than the noble self of the
Messenger of Allah (saws).
Allah Says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 157:
157 Those who follow the
Messenger, the unlettered Prophet (Mohamed (saws)) whom they find mentioned in
their own (Scriptures); in the Torah and
the Gospel; for he ( Prophet Mohamed (saws))
commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil: he allows them as lawful what is good (and
pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); he releases them from their heavy burdens and
from the yokes that are upon them. So
it is those who believe in him, honor him, help him, and follow the Light which
is sent down with him, it is they who
will prosper."
As much as Allah Subhanah Declares in Truth in His
Glorious Quran that the ‘mushriks’ are ‘najas’, there are several instances
recorded in the authentic and established Sunnah that the Messenger of Allah
(saws) used to meet the disbelievers, sit and talk with them, visit their
houses, eat and drink the lawful food presented by them, etc…..and when some
amongst the foreign ‘mushrik’ delegations used to come to Madinah to visit him
(saws), he (saws) would lodge them in his own mosque, The Al-Masjid al-Nabawi
itself!
It is absolutely evident from the practice of the
Messenger of Allah (saws) that the ‘Najas’ or impurity of the ‘mushriks’
Declared by the Lord was not necessarily in their physical selves, but rather
in their spiritual selves and in their polytheist beliefs.
Your
Question: …..we cannot alow them to prepar any food or wash our clothes becouse
of najish. how we eat there food which is prepair by them. this is very
sencitive issue you cant misgiued . or misunderstan peopel like this najis
never be paak so how it is posibel to halal hope u explain to us.
Respected brother in Islam, we absolutely assure in light
of the Guidance of the Holy Quran and the practice of the Noble Messenger of
Allah (saws) that it is not unlawful in Shariah to eat of the lawful food
‘prepared’ by the disbelievers, nor is it unlawful to wear the clothes which
are made or washed by them!! Their
‘najas-ath’ or impurity Declared by the Lord Most Majestic in His Glorious
Quran is related to their spiritual impurity and not their physical impurity.
As long as the food itself is lawful in its essence,
absolutely regardless of who prepares that food….that food will be deemed
lawful for the believers to consume; and if the food is unlawful in its
essence, absolutely regardless of who prepares that food, that food will be
deemed ‘haraam’ for the believers to consume…..and this is something regarding which
all the scholars and jurists of all the major schools of thought in Islam are
unanimous in their opinion.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah
Anaam verses 118-121:
118 So eat of (meats) on which Allah's Name has been pronounced (at the
time of its slaughter),if ye have faith in His Signs.
119 Why should ye not eat of (meats) on which Allah's Name has been
pronounced when He hath explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you
except under compulsion of necessity? But many do mislead (men) by their appetites
unchecked by knowledge. Thy Lord Knows
best those who transgress.
120 Eschew all sin open or secret: those who earn sin will get due
recompense for their earnings.
121 Eat not of (meats) on which Allah's Name has not been pronounced (at
the time of its slaughter): that would be impiety. But the Shayateen ever inspire their friends
to contend with you; if ye were to obey them ye would indeed be pagans.
My dear and respected brother in Islam, we remind you as
we remind ourselves, that just as it is a grave and heinous sin in the Sight of
the Lord to declare something which He and His Messenger (saws) have declared
as unlawful to be lawful…..it is an equally grave sin to declare something
which they have not declared as unlawful to be unlawful.
For example: if one were to say or believe that the
consuming of dead meat, or meat of lawful animals not duely slaughtered, or
swine, or alcohol, etc. are lawful when Allah and His Messenger (saws) have
categorically declared them as unlawful….it would obviously be a grave and
heinous sin in the Sight of the Lord.
Similarly if one were to say or believe or declare from
themselves any food which is not specifically declared as unlawful by Allah and
His Messenger (saws) to be unlawful for the believers (example: any type of
fruits, or vegetables, or sea-food, or
flesh of any lawful animal which is duly slaughtered, etc.)….that too would be
an equally huge and heinous sin in the Sight of Allah Subhanah; for to declare
any food lawful or unlawful is the sole right of Allah and His Messenger (saws)
alone.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 16 Surah
Nahl verses 114-116:
114 So eat of the sustenance which Allah has provided for you lawful and
good; and be grateful for the favors of Allah if it is He whom ye serve.
115 He has only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of
swine, and any (food) over which the name of other than Allah has been
invoked. But if one is forced by
necessity without willful disobedience nor transgressing due limits, then Allah
is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.
116 But say not for any false thing that your tongues may put forth
"This is ‘halaal’ and this is ‘haraam’" so as to ascribe false things
to Allah.
For those who ascribe false things to Allah will never prosper.
If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and
commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws),
one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any
other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be
assured of being led astray.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
