In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

We absolutely assure you brother that the name/address of the brother/sister you addresses a question will never ever appear on the website. One may ask their question in complete confidentiality, and the moderators at the website will strive their best to address the question posed in light of the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah.

The answer is mailed directly to the brother/sister who posed the question on their prescribed personal email address; and if in the opinion of the moderators the information provided in the question/answer posed might be beneficial to our subscribers, it may be posted on the website.

Your Question: What is the time between asking the question and receiving the answer

Although we do strive to answer the questions on a first come first served basis; at times if the question is complicated, our pool of scholars may take a little longer time than normal. The truth is brother, due to the volume of questions we receive everyday on this humble forum, as hard as we may try, it becomes extremely difficult to promise or give an exact time frame as to when the brother/sister who posed the question will receive their answer; it could take anywhere from a couple of days to upto 45 days.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
