1) Peoples live in North America, either they like it or not, they have to follow the system. Like some one is jobless, and he/she has no money to spend or to pay rent. They go to the Assistance [Well fare]. All these money come from under a system. Is this kind of money is allow to use by a jobless person.

2) I am not sure but I do heard some people finances money for the mosque.

Please do advice me for those entire three questions.

Should one take charity from social security?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His  forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

If one lives in a country, where there is a system of Social Security or something similar; and he would have to pay to this fund a part of his earnings if he did have a job; there is absolutely no harm in him accepting the money from the fund when he finds himself out of a job.

Dear and beloved brother, we are not sure if we fully understood the question.

Are you asking about the permissibility of some people using the money from Social Security to finance the mosque?

Or are you inquiring about the permissibility of someone financing the mosque on his own?

Or are you inquiring about the permissibility of some people financing the building of a mosque by paying or taking interest?

Brother, if you could clarify your question, we would be honored to give our opinion on its permissibility in light of the Quran and Sunnah.
