I have some questions which i wanted to ask you for a long time.
1) It is regarding the calender i.e if one follows the Islamic calender i.e by seeing the moon, the number of days in the month comes to 29 or 30 maximum. It means one year consists of 360 days maximum whereas it is a scientific fact that it takes 365 days for the earth to complete one rotation.

2) It is regarding Eunuchs, what would be there fate in this life and in the hereafter. what is the purpose of their creation?

3) My third question is regarding gays. Although homosexuality is haraam and i fully agree to it but what about those people who feel that they are women trapped in the male`s body. I mean it is e genuine disorder i.e they are created that way.

Eunuchs & gays

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 10 Surah Yunus verse 5:

5 It is He Who made the sun to be a shining glory and the moon to be a light (of beauty) and measured out stages for her, that ye might know the number of years and the count (of time). Nowise did Allah create this but in Truth and Righteousness. (Thus) doth He explain His Signs in detail for those who understand.

The sun and the moon are amongst the Manifest Signs of Allah Subhanah which He has subjected to the service of mankind, and so that man can keep an account of time through these heavenly bodies. Both, the Islamic calendar and the Gregorian calendar account for time through either one of these heavenly bodies. It is obvious from the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah that Allah and His Messenger (saws) preferred to use the moon to keep count of the months and thus years, and the sun to keep count of hours.

For a long period of time when Islam was the dominant religion and power in the world, most regions used to follow the lunar calendar; and when the tides of dominance and power changed hands, the pagans recorded history through the usage of the solar calendar.

There is an instance in the Glorious Quran where Allah Subhanah has Himself used both types of calculations, lunar and solar, to determine the period of time the People of the Cave stayed in the cave.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 18 Surah Kahf verse 25:

25 So they stayed in their Cave three hundred (solar) years, and (some) add nine (according to lunar years).

Your Question 2: It is regarding Eunuchs, what would be there fate in this life and in the hereafter. what is the purpose of their creation?

Islam treats the Eunuchs as equal members of society, and considers them a Sign from our Lord and Creator. The people who are born eunuchs are not to be blamed or shunned by society, as it is Allah who has created them the way they are, as a Sign and also as a test for the rest of mankind! Similarly, Allah creates the mentally retarded, the physically challenged, the blind, the deaf and dumb, etc. These are created the way they are by Allah as a Sign and a test unto mankind, so that people may realize His Bounty and His Grace and His Mercy, that He could have created any one of us like them, and there is nothing we could have done to change that! Thus it is imperative that we must be grateful to Allah Subhanah, if He has created us in balanced form with all our senses in perfect order.

Islam does not look down upon the eunuchs in society, as their creation and state has nothing to do with their doings. But instead, Islam demands that we be extra polite and tolerant to these physically and mentally challenged slaves of Allah, and be always grateful and thankful to Allah for our own creation.

Any human who is sane and has been bestowed by either one or both of the senses of hearing and seeing, will have a full accounting for the ‘test of life’ Decreed by Allah Subhanah. Although Eunuchs are physically challenged in their creation, they have been bestowed with intelligence and the power of reasoning, can see and hear the Signs of Allah Subhanah, can differentiate between the good and the evil, the permissible and the impermissible, etc.; and thus they will have a normal accounting like the rest of mankind for their deeds in the Just and Supreme Court of Allah Subhanah on that Inevitable Day of Resurrection.

On that Inevitable Day, Allah Subhanah will not question the Eunuch why they were created physically challenged; but they will definitely be questioned like the rest of mankind regarding the deeds they did of their own free will. Allah is our witness, none in creation will be dealt unjustly on that Day in the Presence of the Lord Most Majestic, Most Supreme.

Your Question 3: My third question is regarding gays. Although homosexuality is haraam and i fully agree to it but what about those people who feel that they are women trapped in the male`s body. I mean it is e genuine disorder i.e they are created that way. 

My dear and beloved brother in Islam, if homosexuals were created with a genuine physical disorder, it is not conceivable that Allah Subhanah would unjustly annihilate the People of Prophet Lot (a.s.)!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraf verses 80-82:

And We sent Lot as a Messenger. And he said to his people, “Have you become so shameless that you commit such indecent acts as no one committed before you in the world? You gratify your lust with men instead of women. Indeed you are a people who are transgressors of all limits!” But the only answer his people gave was, “turn out these people from your habitations for they pose to be very pious.”

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 11 Surah Hud verses 82-83:

Accordingly, when the time of the execution of Our Judgement came (for the people of Lot), We turned the habitation upside down and rained on it stones of baked clay, each of which had been specifically marked by your Lord. And such a scourge is not far from the tyrannous people!

This deed of homosexuality is deemed un-natural and against humanity and society in Islam. This deed is an evil and immoral deviation of man, and is not even found in the lower forms of animate life! Allah destroyed the whole habitation of Prophet Lot, and turned the whole city upside-down, and rained on them a rain of brim-stones for their sin of homosexuality. It was not that every individual in Sodom and Gomorrah who were destroyed committed sodomy; but even those who accepted it, propagated it, looked upto it as a norm and fashion, and allowed it without raising a voice against this abomination, were all destroyed by Allah Subhanah!

Allah is our witness, the people who claim that they are physically men but feel that they are emotionally and sexually a woman trapped in a male’s body are nothing but confirmed liars! This is the deviation of their own evil minds, and they try to justify the continuing of their evil and immoral deeds by making such false claims and baseless accusations against the perfect nature created by the All-Perfect Creator!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 4 Surah Nisaa verses 118-121:

118 Allah did curse him (The Shaytaan) but he said: "I will take of Thy servants a portion marked off.”

119 "I will mislead them and I will create in them false desires; I will order them to slit the ears of cattle and to deface the (fair) nature created by Allah." Whoever forsaking Allah takes Shaytaan for a friend hath of a surety suffered a loss that is manifest.

120 Shaytaan makes them promises and creates in them false desires; but Shaytaan's promises are nothing but deception.

121 They (his dupes) will have their dwelling in hell, and from it they will find no way of escape.

Beloved brother, the physical attraction of one towards their same sex is not natural, but rather an evil distortion one does to one’s own nature! Allah Subhanah has absolutely forbidden this distortion and deviation, and the doers of this evil deed would bring upon themselves the guaranteed Wrath and Anger of Allah Subhanah; unless they seek sincere repentance and do righteous deeds thereafter.

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
