Answer:

Repetition in Adhaan and sunnah dhuhr

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: during azaan, we repeat the same kalema as the muazzin, we say laa huwla walaquwata illah billah during hayya alassalah and hayya halafalah, my question is what do we say during (fajar) assaltul kayroom minal................

Al-Muwatta Hadith Hadith 3.2

Yahya related from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ata ibn Yazid al-Laythi from Abu Said al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "When you hear the adhan, repeat what the muadhdhin says."

In light of the above guidance of the Messenger of Allah (saws) it is preferred that whoever is listening to the adhan repeat it with the caller, except for the two ‘hayya 'alas-salah, hayya 'alal-falah’ phrases, after which he should say La haula wa la quwatah illa billah (there is no power or might save Allah).

Thus when the ‘muaddhin’ or ‘caller to prayer’ declares ‘as salaato Khairum minan naum’ (The prayer is better than sleep) at the advent of fajr, one should confirm this statement of fact and repeat the exact same phrase after the ‘muaddhin’ like all the other declarations of the caller.

Your Question: regarding sunnat muqida zohar before the fard salah, do we have to say 4 rakahs with one salam or do we pray 2 rakhas with salam and then another 2 with salam.

Fiqh-us-Sunnah Fiqh 2.8b

'Aishah said: "The Prophet (saws) never left praying four rak'at before zuhr and two rak'at before fajr under any circumstances." (Related by Ahmad and al-Bukhari.)

If one prays four rak'at before or after the noon prayers, it is preferred to pray them in two sets with two separate tasleems, although it is permissible to perform all four rakah together with only one taslim at the end of the four rak'at, as the Prophet sallallahu alehi wasallam said: "The (voluntary) prayers of the night and day are (sets of) two [rak'at]." (Related by Abu Dawud.)

Although it is preferable to offer the voluntary prayers in two-rakah combinations, there is evidence in the Sunnah that the Messenger of Allah (saws) would at times offer all four rakahs with only one tasleem. Thus, if one prays in a two-rakah-one-tasleem combination or four-rakah-one-tasleem, both forms would be from the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws) and an absolutely acceptable and permissible mode of prayer.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
