Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

I`m 32, recently completed our 3rd marriage anniversary. My problem is I discharge my sperms very early during our sexual intercourse and my wife remains dissatisfied. How to satisfy her? Please reply.

Since I came to know about this, I'm not happy to have sex with her, as a matter I feel myself as a selfish to be have satisfied. Now I realize that why she is avoiding me whenever I call her to have sex.

Really this matter is dragging me far from my wife and giving me very bad impression about her. (I know it's not her fault) whenever she tries to talk to me, my voice goes high and ends with fight. I'm afraid of marriage life.

My question is: What should I do regarding this?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: What should I do regarding this? 

Beloved brother, the best people to seek advice from for the condition you have mentioned is a physical doctor or a sexologist who are best qualified to prescribe remedies for this condition.
