Answer:

Why Martyr Scholar to Hell

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Hadith Qudsi 6

The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: ‘The first of people against whom Judgment will be pronounced on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who died a martyr. He will be brought and Allah will make known to him His favours and he will recognize them. [The Almighty] will say: “And what did you do about them?” He will say: “I fought for you until I died a martyr.” Allah Subhanah will say: “You have lied! - you did but fight that it might be said [of you]: He is courageous. And so it was said.” Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast into Hell-fire. [Another] will be a man who has studied [religious] knowledge and has taught it and who used to recite the Quran. He will be brought and Allah will make known to his Him favours and he will recognize them. [The Almighty] will say: “And what did you do about them?” He will say: “I studied [religious] knowledge and I taught it and I recited the Quran for Your sake.” Allah Subhanah will say: “You have lied! - you did but study [religious] knowledge that it might be said [of you]: He is learned. And you recited the Quran that it might be said [of you]: He is a reciter. And so it was said.” Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast into Hell-fire. [Another] will be a man whom Allah had made rich and to whom He had given all kinds of wealth. He will be brought and Allah will make known to him His favours and he will recognize them. [The Almighty] will say: “And what did you do about them?” He will say: “I left no path [untrodden] in which You liked money to be spent without spending in it for Your sake.” Allah Subhanah will say: “You have lied! - you did but do so that it might be said [of you]: He is open-handed. And so it was said.” Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast into Hell-fire.

Your Question: why would a matyr ,a learned man and a rich man will be put to hell still the three types of men did good

Beloved brother, for a deed to be considered good and acceptable in the Sight of Allah Subhanah, the intention that inspired the doing of the deed must be for the Sake and Pleasure of Allah Subhanah Alone. As noble and high as the ranks of a martyr, a scholar, or charity be in Islam, if the intention of the doer of these deeds was not the Pleasure and Good Will of Allah Subhanah but rather to accumulate some material benefit or fame or recognition in the world, he will have absolutely no reward for his works in the Presence of Allah Subhanah, Who without an iota of a doubt, knows even the deepest secrets and intentions of the hearts.

Your Question: if a man one of these three types does not even want respective names (ex.corageous, open handed, learned or reciter)but still people call him these names because he is one of the three type of men will he be thrown in hell?

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 21 Surah Anbiyaa verse 47:

47 We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of Judgment so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least. And if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 1.1 Narrated by Umar bin Al Khattab

I heard Allah's Messenger (saws) saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended.”

If the intention that inspired the believer to do any good righteous deed only for the Sake of Allah Subhanah, regardless of what was said about that person, the Lord Most Majestic will bestow a full reward from His Presence on such a righteous person on the Day of Judgment.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 107 Surah Maun verses 4-6:

4 So woe to the worshippers

5 Who are neglectful of their Prayers

6 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men)!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 264:

264 O ye who believe! Cancel not your charity by reminders of your generosity or by injury like those who spend their substance to be seen of men but believe neither in Allah nor in the last day. They are in Parable like a hard barren rock on which is a little soil; on it falls heavy rain which leaves it (just) a bare stone. They will be able to do nothing with aught they have earned. And Allah guideth not those who reject faith.

But if the intention that inspired the person to do the deed was to gain any material benefit, or fame, or recognition in this world, regardless of how seemingly noble that deed might have been, it will not be acceptable to Allah Subhanah and the person will have absolutely no reward for his deed. For a deed to be considered good and righteous in the Sight and Scales of Justice of The Lord Most High, it is absolutely imperative that it be done only for the Sake, Pleasure, and Good-Will of Allah Subhanah.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
