Answer:
In the
name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness.
Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray,
none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no
person, no grave, no prophet, no imam,
no dai, nobody!) worthy of
worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His
slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 222:They ask thee concerning women's courses. Say: They are a hurt and a pollution; so keep
away from women in their courses and do not approach them until they are
clean. But when they have purified
themselves ye may approach them in any manner time or place ordained for
you by Allah. For Allah loves
those who turn to Him constantly, and He loves those who keep themselves pure
and clean.
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3895 Narrated
by Abu Hurayrah
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘If anyone resorts to a diviner and
believes in what he says, or has intercourse with his wife when she is
menstruating, or has intercourse with his wife through her anus; he has nothing
to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws).’
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3195 Narrated
by Abdullah ibn Abbas
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "Allah will not look at a man
who has intercourse with a man or a woman through the anus."
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2157 Narrated
by Abu Hurayrah
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘He who has intercourse with his wife
through her anus is accursed.’
Q-1:
DOES USING A WIFE THROUGH HER AS HOLE NEGATE NIKAH.
Allah and
His Messenger (saws) have declared it absolutely forbidden for one to have
sexual intercourse with his wife through her anus. Although it does not automatically negate the
‘nikaah’ of the couple, it is a grave sin; and the couple should immediately
seek sincere repentance from their Lord and abstain from this evil and accursed
act immediately.
Q-2:
WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED NOW MORE THAN TEN YEARS AND WE ARE USING
ALWAYS THIS TYPE OF SEX BEFORE USING THE ALOWED HOLE.
Beloved
brother in Islam, having intercourse with the wife through her anus is an
absolutely forbidden act in Islam. You
and your wife should immediately seek sincere repentance from Allah Subhanah
for your acts done in ignorance of the law, and never ever approach the same
again. It is expected that you will find
your Lord Most Merciful and Forgiving.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale Imraan verse
135-136:Allah likes such good people very much, who, if ever they commit a base deed or wrong
their own soul by the commission of a sin,
remember Allah instantly, and ask
for forgiveness from Him for their shortcomings. For who,
but Allah, can forgive sins? (And Allah loves those) who do not knowingly
persist in the wrongs they did. These
will be rewarded with forgiveness from Allah,
and with Gardens beneath which canals flow, and they will reside therein forever! How excellent is the reward of those who do
good deeds!
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah Anaam verse 54:When
those come to you who believe in Our Signs,
say: "Peace be on you! Your
Lord had inscribed for Himself (the rule of) Mercy. Verily if any of you did evil in
ignorance, and thereafter repented and
amended (his conduct), Lo! He is
Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
The
conditions or ways to seek sincere Taubah or Repentance from the Merciful Lord
are:
One is
aware that he has sinned, and feels
sorry and ashamed at his sin.
Makes a
solemn covenant and promise with Allah that he will not repeat his sin again.
Turns to
Allah and seeks forgiveness, before he
has met with his appointment of death.
Is a
believer and does righteous good deeds thereafter.
Whatever
written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance,
and whatever of error is of me. Allah
Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
Your Brother in Islam,
Burhan
