I am working in a Medical Traniscription Company in India as a System Administrator. Is it permisible to work for a company,working for United States !Awaiting for a Positive reply !!

Answer:

Working for a US company

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Provided the product or the service which is being traded or offered is halaal in its essence, there is absolutely nothing in the Shariah which prohibits the believers from working in such a company, regardless of who owns the company. The earnings of the believers working for any company which does not trade or offer services of any haraam product, will be deemed absolutely halaal for the believers; regardless of who owns the company.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
