In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Beloved brother, we are in receipt of your note “you are zina zadah,your bap and ma also,go to hell” to one of our answers on the forum. And apparently the abuse originated from the desk and email address of the Aamil of the Bohra Jamaat from Tampa, Florida: Brother Shaikh Khuzaima Shaikh Abde-Ali Yamani.

Beloved brother, the Islam that we have been guided to by the Merciful Lord teaches us to invite mankind to the Truth of Al-Islam from the Quran with wisdom and with utmost politeness; and since we have submitted ourselves as slaves to our Lord and Creator, we are content to abide by His Laws and His Boundaries.

Allah says in the Holy Quran: Chapter 16, Surah An-Nahl Ayat 125: Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and excellent admonition and argue with people in the best manner. Your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Way, and who is Rightly guided.

Brother, we were asked a question on Iddah on the forum, and we gave the answer with enough evidence from the very Words of Allah Subhanah, The Glorious Quran. And to that simple and straight-forward answer from the Glorious Quran, all the Aamil of Tampa, Florida could reply was: “you are zina zadah, your bap and ma also, go to hell”!!!

Beloved brother, if for any reason you do not agree with any verse of the Glorious Quran, then you have to know that the Truth is what is declared in the Quran by Allah Subhanah, and anyone who says otherwise is nothing but a confirmed and manifest liar! But it often happens that when people who blindly follow a way are shown the Truth from the Glorious Quran, they become arrogant in their ignorance! And because they cannot refute the Truth of the Glorious Quran, they start to abuse and revile the person who declares the Truth to them!

Brother, we based our opinion on the Iddah question on the clear Aayah of the Glorious Quran; and if you did not agree with our opinion from the Quran, you should have brought a bigger truth, if there was one in existence! But the arrogance of the ignorant becomes evident when one who cannot challenge the Truth, starts abusing and cursing the one who states the Truth!!!

Does your sect of Islam or your leaders really teach you to reply to the admonition of the Quran with such foul and abusive language?

Had you known the guidance and teachings of Allah and His Messenger (saws), you would have known that it does not behove a believer to curse another believer!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 49 Surah Hujuraat verse 11: O ye who believe! Let not some men among you laugh at others: it may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): Nor let some women laugh at others: it may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): nor defame, nor be sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness (to be used of one) after he has believed: and those who do not desist are (indeed) the ‘Dhaalimoon’ (wrong-doers).

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4890 Narrated by Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (r.a.)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “If anyone curses a thing undeservedly, the curse returns upon him.”

Sahih Muslim Hadith 6853 Narrated by Hadrat Iyad ibn Himar (r.a.)

The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “The inmates of Hell are of five types:

• the (carefree) who pursue (everything irrespective of the fact that it is good or evil) and who do not have any care for their family or for their wealth
• those dishonest people whose greed cannot be concealed even in the case of minor things; who betrays you morning and evening, in regard to your family and your property.
• the miser
• the liar and
• those who are in the habit of abusing people, and using obscene and foul language.

May Allah Subhanah have Mercy on you and forgive you, and bring you not to account for your foul and abusive language on the Day when every deed will be presented in His Majestic Presence!

Now, to the statement you made to our article from the Quran: “you are zina zadah, your bap and ma also, go to hell”!!!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 22 Surah Hajj verse 71-72:They worship besides Allah those for whom Allah has sent down NO AUTHORITY! Nor they themselves have any knowledge about them. Such transgressors have no helper! And when our CLEAR REVELATIONS are recited to them, you perceive signs of disdain on the faces of the disbelievers, as though they were going to ASSUALT those who recite our Revelations to them!

In your arrogance and ignorance, you, the Aamil of the Bohra Jamaat of Tampa, Florida; you, who is supposed to teach and guide the believers to the Truth of Al-Islam; you, who is supposed to be an example to your congregation; you, who is supposed to display exemplary behaviour; you, who supposedly leads the believers in their prayers and supplications; you, who apparently is appointed and stationed by the ‘kothaar’ as a vicegerant of the Bohra leadership…..you use such foul and indecent language to a simple and straight forward answer from the Glorious Quran?

You have accused my deceased father and my beloved mother of the grave sin of ‘zina’, and called me a ‘zina-zadah’ or illegitimate child; simply because you could not digest and comprehend the Truth from the Glorious Quran!

Do you know what Allah Subhanah calls the people who accuse chaste woman of ‘zina’? He calls them the ‘Faasiqoon’ (the Transgressors) in the Holy Quran!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 24 Surah Nur verse 4: And those who launch a charge against chaste women and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegation) flog them with eighty stripes: and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are the ‘faasiqoon’ (transgressors)!

And the characteristics and the punishments of the people who are ‘faasiqoon’ is sufficiently Decreed in the Glorious Quran by none other than the Lord of the Worlds!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verses 67-68:

67 The hypocrite men and women (have an understanding) with each other: they enjoin evil and forbid what is just, and are close with their hands. They have forgotten Allah; so He hath forgotten them. Verily the Hypocrites are the ‘faasiqoon’! .

68 Allah hath promised the hypocrite men and women, and the rejecters of faith the Fire of Hell: therein shall they dwell: sufficient is it for them: for them is the curse of Allah and an enduring punishment

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 59 Surah Hashr verses 18-19:

18 O ye who believe! Fear Allah and let every soul look to what (provision) he has sent forth for the morrow. Yea fear Allah: for Allah is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.

19 And be ye not like those who forget Allah; and He made them forget their own souls! Such are the ‘faasiqoon’!

My beloved brother in Islam, we admonish you from the Glorious Quran to fear Allah Subhanah as He Alone deserves to be feared; and seek His Forgiveness, as none forgives sins except Him.

We pray that Allah Subhanah forgives you for what you have said to us in your arrogance and ignorance, and pray that Allah Subhanah does not take you to account for these words on that Inevitable Day of Judgment.

Beloved brother in Islam, if ever a true believer has to choose between what one has been taught since childhood and the Verses of the Glorious Quran; he must choose the clear teachings and guidance of the Glorious Quran! It is only the arrogant and the ignorant who would dare to challenge the Verses of the Holy Quran!

And those who challenge the very Guidance of the Quran can never attain success!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah Anaam verse 33:We know that what they say grieves you. But it is not you whom they charge with falsehood! These wicked people are in fact, denying the Revelations of Allah!

My beloved brother in Islam, read the Glorious Quran with understanding, even only once, and use that to determine the Truth from the falsehood. Cursing, abusing and reviling the people who strive to guide you from the Quran does not behove one who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day.

Allah says in Chapter 2, Surah Baqarah aayat 185:"Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was sent down: this Book is a Perfect Guidance for mankind, and consists of CLEAR teachings which show the Right Way; and are a Criterion of the Truth and falsehood."

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 43 Surah Zukhruf verses 43-44:So, hold fast to the Book that has been revealed to you, you are surely on the Siraat al Mustaqeem. The fact is that this book is a great honor for you and your people, and soon you shall be CALLED TO ACCOUNT for it.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verses 2-3:This is a Book which has been sent down to you. So, let there be no hesitation in your mind about it. This has been sent down that you may thereby warn (the disbelievers), and that it may be an Admonition to the believers. O people, follow what has been sent down to you from your Lord, and do not follow other ‘auliyaas’ besides Him. But you seldom take Admonition!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 30 Surah Rum verses 58-60:We have set forth in this Quran every sort of argument to make the people understand; but whatever ‘aayah’ you may bring, the disbelievers will certainly say, “You are following falsehood”. Thus does Allah seal up the hearts of those who understand not. So, patiently perservere; for surely the promise of Allah is True. And let not those who have no certainty of faith, shake your firmness.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 34 Surah Saba verse 5:As for those who strive hard to discredit Our Revelations, for them is a painful torment, most humiliating.

May Allah Subhanah have Mercy on you and us, help you and us, forgive you and us our short-comings, and save you, us and all the believers from the torment of the Hell Fire. Ameen.
