I greatly  appreciate your efforts in projecting true Islam. In fact, I have greatly benefitted from your helpline. However, I have a suggestion which will make this forum more useful and benifit greater number of readers.Generally your replies are detailed with complete references. This is good and appropriate. However, in many cases, people, because of busy schedule, are not able to devote time for a comprehensive reply or are only interested in brief and to the point reply. My suggestion is:

Give your reply in two parts

1. Summart/Abstract - To-the-point reply in 200-250 words

2. Detailed Reply- This will comprise of the present format in which you normally give reply with quotations &references.

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

My beloved brother in Islam, may Allah reward you for taking the effort to write to us, and we will strive our best to work towards your suggestions. We have had similar requests for shorter answers, and have also received some requests to give more detailed answers.

We will definitely look into the possibility of adjusting our articles according to your suggestions, and pray that Allah accept our humble and weak contributions in the propagation of His approved deen of Islam.

We just want to point out one thing here. For matters concerning jurisprudence like acts of prayer, details of fasting, hajj, manners, the halaal and haraam, etc., the answers will generally be short and to the point. But when the questions are concerning faith, imaan and aqeedah, it needs a detailed reply, with proper reference and evidence from the Glorious Quran.

May Allah reward you for time and effort you have taken to help us in this Cause.
