i want to ask regarding gusul. soemtimes due to the excitement, like shaking hands with gal or viewed any gal's photo, one two drops comes out from the penis. is it necessary to get gusul or it just break the 'wazho'. i asked from some people they said that it only breaks the 'wazho'. so please clear my point. allah hafiz

Does Madhi release require Gusl?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

‘Ghusl’ or full bath would be necessary after full semen discharge. Thus from what you have described in the question, it seems that only the ‘madhi’ has been released. This does break the ‘wudu’, but a ‘ghusl’ is not required. One should wash his private part, wash/change the clothes and redo the ‘wudu’.
