Abide by the laws of a nation
Mu' meneen Brothers
and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa
Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be
upon all of you)
One of our
brothers/sisters has asked this question:
Is it not amongst Prophet Muhammed's hadith (SAW) that one should honor and bide by the laws of the nation you reside in? ou're still muslim right? Answer this one, and once again the challenge is without your famous out of context Quranic quotations...
Awaiting a valued

Answer:
Abide by the laws of a nation
In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can
misguide, and who-ever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We
bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no
imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness
that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your comment: Is it not amongst Prophet Muhammed's hadith (SAW) that one should honor and abide by the laws of the nation you reside in?
There is no such hadith in any
of the recorded authentic narrations of the Messenger of Allah (saws). A believer, who truly believes in Allah
and the Last Day, is commanded to abide by the laws of Allah and His Messenger
(saws), no matter in which nation he lives. The laws of Allah supercede and are supreme to any of the
laws made by any nation and any man!
Would appreciate if you could
give us the reference of the above ‘hadith’ if you are truthful in your claim!
This is not a hadith of the
Messenger of Allah (saws), but is definitely a narration of your so-called
leader, who commands his followers to honor and abide by the laws of the kuffar
nations.
Your comment:
You're still muslim right?
All Praise is due to Allah
Alone, who has guided us to be
muslims. We bear witness
that there is no god worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness
that Mohamed (saws) is His
slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your (sarcastic) comment: Answer this one, and once again the challenge is without your famous out of context Quranic quotations...
The truth is brother, without
the clear guidance and knowledge of the Holy Quran, man is absolutely ignorant!
No matter how powerful a computer he is able to invent, no matter if he invents
vehicles that travel faster than the speed of sound, no matter if he can land
on Planet Mars or even further….
Without the guidance and knowledge of the Glorious Quran, man is nothing
but ignorant!
The Holy Quran and the
traditions of the Messenger of Allah (saws) is guidance and knowledge, and any
amount of knowledge without the above two sources is nothing but ignorance, and
will hold no weight in the Court of Allah.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit
is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of
me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and well wisher in
Islam,
Burhan
