Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
If a man dies leaving 2 wives and children from one wife only then his wealth according to Islamic Shariah laws should be distributed as follows:- It is understood that the parents of the man are deceased. Suppose he has left Rs. 100,000/- in totality, then 1 wife will receive Rs. 6,250/- 2nd wife will receive Rs. 6,250/- The balance will be divided amongst the children of the 1st. wife the males receiving double than the females. If you will let us know how many sons and daughters, we will be glad to inform you of the calculations.Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
