Is shaytaan enemy of Allah.

Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

Dear brother,

Thank you for mails...

Please do not say, shaytaan is enemy of Allah. He is cursed by Allah and enemy of mankind. Shaytaan no way to stand in-front of Allah.

Thanks

Answer:

Is shaytaan enemy of Allah

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Any being who is an enemy of Islam and/or the believers is also an enemy to Allah Subhanah! The evil and accursed Iblees and his band of Shayateen amongst jinn and men who have chosen to disobey Allah Subhanah are all enemies of Allah Subhanah.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah Verse 98:

Lo! Allah is an enemy to those who reject faith.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 60 Surah Mumtahina Verse 1:

O ye who believe! Take not My enemies and yours as patrons offering them (your) love even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you and have (on the contrary) driven out the Prophet and yourselves (from your homes) (simply) because ye believe in Allah your Lord!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 8 Surah Al-Anfaal verse 60:

Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power including steeds of war to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and your enemies and others besides whom ye may not know but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you and ye shall not be treated unjustly.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 41 Surah Haa-Meem Verses 27-28:

27 But We will certainly give the disbelievers a taste of a severe penalty and We will requite them for the worst of their deeds.

28 Such is the requital of the enemies of Allah: the Fire! Therein will be for them the Eternal Home: a (fit) requital for that they were wont to reject Our Signs.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 41 Surah Haa-Meem Verse 19:

19 On the Day that the enemies of Allah will be gathered together to the Fire they will be marched in ranks.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verse 114:

114 And Ibraheem prayed for his father's forgiveness only because of a promise he had made to him. But when it became clear to him that he was an enemy to Allah he dissociated himself from him: for Ibraheem was most tender-hearted, forbearing.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
