Answer:

Meet deceased finance in hereafter

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Marriage in Islam is not obligatory, but rather a ‘mustahab’ or preferred and absolutely encouraged Sunnah; thus if one chooses to marry and fulfills the rights of marriage, one will have his/her due rewards from Allah Subhanah, and if one chooses not to marry for any reason, there is no sin upon the person.

Respected sister in Islam, as much as you may have loved your fiancé, or as painful as the death of your fiancé might be unto your heart, it would not be prudence or intelligence to assume that you will not be able to accept anyone else as your husband after his death. It may be that Allah Subhanah will bless you with one who might be better than the one you have lost…..

Al-Muwatta Hadith 16.42

Yahya related from Malik from Rabia ibn Abi Abd ar-Rahman from Umm Salama (r.a.), the wife of the Prophet (saws), that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "If a misfortune befalls some one and he says, as Allah has ordered, 'We belong to Allah and to Him is our return. O Allah, reward me in my misfortune and give me better than it afterwards,' Allah will do that for him" (Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajiun. Allahumma' jurniy fi musiybatiy, wa a qibhiy khayran minha).

Umm Salama (r.a.) said, "When (my husband) Abu Salama (r.a.) died I said that, and then I said, 'Who is (or can be) better than Abu Salama (r.a.)?'" Then as Allah would have Willed, the Messenger of Allah (saws) himself married Umm Salama (r.a.), and Umm Salama (r.a.) would say: ‘Indeed Allah has blessed me with one (much) better than Abu Salama (r.a.).’

Your Question: ….My question is IF I REMAIN UNMARRIED CAN WE MEET IN AQIRATH???

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 50 Surah Qaaf verse 35:

There they (the fortunate men and women of Paradise) shall have all that they will desire, and We have with Us yet more for them!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 25 Surah Furqan verses 15-16:

Ask them, “Is this (the Fire) better, or the Everlasting Gardens which have been promised to the God-fearing, righteous people (men and women)?”. That will be the recompense of their good deeds and the final destination of their journey, wherein, they will get everything they desire, and wherein they will dwell forever. This is a promise which your Lord has taken upon Himself to fulfill.

Respected sister in Islam, rest absolutely assured that the fortunate residents of Paradise are promised by none other than their Lord Most Gracious Most Merciful Himself, that they will have everything that their hearts will desire….absolutely no wish that they have will remain unfulfilled in the Realms of Paradise. That is a Promise which the Lord Most High has taken upon Himself to fulfill, and there is none who can make a better Promise than the Lord Most Majestic Himself.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah An-Nisa verse 122:

The promises of Allah are True; and who can be truer in his word than Allah?

Respected sister in Islam, if you and your deceased fiancé are both amongst the fortunate dwellers of Paradise, and the two of you wish to be united forever in the Hereafter…..rest absolutely assured that your Lord Most Gracious will fulfill this and every other wish which you might have in your hearts!

Your choice of marrying someone else or remaining unmarried after the death of your fiancé would have absolutely nothing to do with your union with your fiancé in the Hereafter! Allah Subhanah will unite you with whomever you wish in Paradise, provided of course that both you and the man you wish to be united with are both amongst the fortunate dwellers of Paradise.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 216:

216 It is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah Knows and ye know not.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
