Answer:

Unlawful usurps the property by false oath

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verses 29-30:

29 O ye who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities: but let there be amongst you traffic and trade by mutual good-will: nor destroy yourselves: for verily Allah hath been to you Most Merciful.

30 If any do that in rancor and injustice soon shall We cast them into the Fire: and easy it is for Allah!

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 9.97 Narrated by Um Salama

The Prophet (saws) said, "I am only a human being, and you people have disputes. Maybe some one amongst you can present his case in a more eloquent and convincing manner than the other, and I give my judgment in his favor according to what I hear. Beware! If ever I give (by error) somebody something of his brother's right then he should not take it as I have only given him a piece of Fire.”

If one takes a false oath in the Name of the Blessed Lord intentionally only so that they may unjustly usurp the lawful rights of another, Allah is our witness, such a person will have an extremely severe accounting in the Presence of the Lord Most Majestic Most Supreme on that Tumultuous and Inevitable Day of Judgment.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
