Answer:

Doj on arafah

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

May Allah Subhanah reward you with the best of this world and the Hereafter for your kind comments of encouragement for our humble efforts in the propagation of the Truth. If our humble and modest efforts have helped even one brother or sister get closer to Allah and His Deen of Truth, then we would consider ourselves indeed fortunate to have been given this opportunity by the Lord Most Merciful to serve in His Cause. We hope, beg, and pray the Merciful Lord accepts our humble and weak efforts, forgives us our shortcomings, and saves you, us, and all the believers from the torment of the Hell Fire. Ameen.

Your Question: sham is which country?
Although ‘Shaam’ is associated today with the present nation of Syria, in the times of the Prophet (saws) the major portion of the trans-Jordan area to the immediate north of the Arabian peninsula was termed as ‘Shaam’.

Your Question: i heard from someone that qayamat will be in the arafat zameen, some said in sham, i am confused could u please answer.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 20 Surah Ta-Ha verse 55:

55 From the (earth) did We create you, and into it shall We return you, and from it shall We bring you out once again!

Although one cannot say with absolute conviction where exactly the Day or Court of Judgment will be held, the above quoted verse of Surah Ta-Ha does indeed imply that the Day of Judgment will be held on this earth itself.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 14 Surah Ibraheem verse 48:

48   One day the earth will be changed to a different earth and so will be the heavens, and (men) will be marshaled forth before Allah, The One, The Irresistible.

There is sufficient evidence in the Glorious Quran that on the Day of Judgment, the earth and the heavens as we know them today will be changed completely by the Command of the Lord Most High.

There is enough evidence in the Glorious Quran to suggest that the Day of Judgment will be held on the earth; but to the best of our knowledge there is no strong evidence either in the Glorious Quran or the authentic and establish Sunnah which would imply or suggest that the Day of Judgment would be held in Arafah or Shaam….and Allah Subhanah Alone Knows Best.

If the exact geographical location or place where the Day of Judgment will be held was important for the guidance of mankind, Allah and His Messenger (saws) would have surely made it known to the believers.

Your Question: it says when u recite quran read in such a way that ur ears can listen. i am a female if i am staying in the joint fly, my brother in laws can heard, is it permissiable? when i talk they can listen my voice too. so pls. elaborate
Ibn Umar (r.a.) relates that the Prophet (saws) entered upon some people while they were praying and they were raising their voices in the Qur'anic recital. The Prophet (saws) said: "One who is praying is in a private conversation with his Lord so he should be mindful of whom he is conversing with. And you should not raise your voices against each other in [the recital of] the Qur'an."

Abu Sa' id al-Khurdi (r.a.) reports that the Prophet (saws) was making seclusion (i'tikaf) in the mosque and he heard the people reciting aloud. He (saws) removed the covering and said: "Verily, each of you is in a private conversation with his Lord so you should not disturb each other. And you are not to raise your voices against each other in the recitation (of the Quran)."

Indeed when reciting the Glorious Quran, one should neither recite it so loud so that it becomes a hindrance to the other believers who are worshipping their Lord, nor should one recite in one’s hearts….but if one recites it in a whisper, where one moves one lips and the recitation is just loud enough that the one who is reciting it can hear it, it would suffice.

If a woman lives in a joint family and/or fears that non-mehrams might hear her recitation, there is absolutely no harm if she recites the Glorious Quran in a whisper whereby only her lips move with the recitation.

Your Question: i went for taziyah to someone place and the lady said i dont cry more i am doing sabar if i do, then the deceased will suffer more.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 2.390 Narrated by Anas bin Malik

We went with Allah's Messenger (saws) to the house of the blacksmith Abu Saif, and he was the husband of the wet-nurse of Ibrahim (the son of the Prophet (saws)). Allah's Messenger (saws) took Ibrahim and kissed him and smelled him and later we entered Abu Saif's house and at that time Ibrahim was in his last breaths, and the eyes of Allah's Messenger (saws) started shedding tears. Abdur Rahman bin 'Auf said, "O Allah's Messenger (saws), even you are weeping!" He (saws) said, "O Ibn 'Auf, this (shedding tears) is mercy." Then he (saws) wept more and said, "The eyes are shedding tears and the heart is grieved, and we will not say except what pleases our Lord, O Ibrahim! Indeed we are grieved by your separation."

The Prophet (saws) said: "Allah does not punish a person for shedding tears or feeling pain in his heart. But He does punish, though He may show mercy, because of (what he utters with) this," and then he (saws) pointed to his tongue.

The Prophet (saws) wept on the death of his son, Ibrahim, and said: "The eyes shed tears and the heart feels pain, but we utter only what pleases our Lord. O Ibrahim! We are aggrieved at your demise." He also wept when his grand daughter, Umaymah, daughter of Zainab, died. At this Sa'ad ibn 'Ubadah said: "O Messenger of Allah (saws)! Are you weeping? Did you not forbid Zainab from weeping?" The Prophet (saws) replied: "This (weeping) is the mercy that Allah has placed in the hearts of His servants. And surely Allah bestows mercy upon those who are merciful among His servants."

Patience and the acceptance of the Decrees of the Lord is indeed a virtue, but there is absolutely no harm or prohibition in Shariah against weeping when afflicted by a calamity; what is strictly forbidden and categorically prohibited is the wailing one does when afflicted with a calamity, or the beating of oneself, or the tearing of one’s clothes, etc. All such acts of wailing are categorically prohibited unto the believers who sincerely believe in Allah and the Last Day.

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3122 Narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri

The Messenger of Allah (saws) invoked the curse of Allah upon the wailing woman and the woman who listens to her.

Umm 'Atiyyah reports: "The Messenger of Allah (saws) made us pledge that we will not wail over (the dead)"

Al-Bazzar has transmitted, that the Prophet (saws) said: "Two sounds are accursed in this world and in the hereafter: the sound of wind instruments (to celebrate) good fortune, and of moaning aloud when afflicted with a misfortune."

The Messenger of Allah (saws) said in an authentic narration “He is not a believer, who beats his face, or tears his clothes, or wails, when afflicted by a misfortune.”

Abu Musa (r.a.) reports that Hadrat Umar al-Khattab (r.a.) told Suhaib who was wailing: "O Suhaib! Don't you know that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: 'A dead person is tormented by the wailing of the living people'."
